The location is ok. The food is go qmd various and we had a lot of fun thanks to the entertainment team. Many activities, good shows and music you won't get bored here. The only minor point is that is full of arrogant German people that pretend to talk to us in German. We are in Greece not in German

We chose this hotel based on its proximity to the Pankrito Stadium at which Greece were hosting the Lionesses so it was a bit of a compromise but turned out to be excellent. The first thing to note is that there is no waiter service as a general rule which is not what we're used to but actually it works... if they're not waiting, you're not waiting (see what I did there). You don't wait for someone to bring you coffee at breakfast, you don't wait for your wine at dinner (or your second glass), you just help yourself when you're ready. There's self-service soft drinks and beer by the pools, and the same plus wine in the main restaurant. The Wunderbar also doesn't do table service but it was rarely a long wait to be served at the bar. The aptly wonderful GIANNIS looked after us very well... someone needs to make sure he goes home as I swear he's working in the bar all the time! There are three pools. There is a separate activity pool for aqua aerobics, cycling, water polo etc so that people in the main pool aren't disturbed. The main pool, however, has two depths... paddle up to your knees or drowning. We preferred the relaxation pool which had no music and a bit more space, and was the perfect depth all the way round for swimming. So there's a pool to suit everyone. The food was fine. We've had better elsewhere and there wasn't a lot of variety or a different theme each night but it was fine. There is a big emphasis on sustainability which we liked. As I said, the coffee was self-service out of a machine but there was 'proper' coffee in the Wunderbar. The local beer and wines were decent. The spirits were ok and the drinks were certainly strong enough! The room was lovely with a large terraced area to sit outside, lots of storage space and plenty of hangers. The bathroom was a nice size and the shower was hot and powerful. The only issue was that the hotel appeared to have locked the volume on the TV so we couldn't turn it down with the remote. As our flight home was 10.30 pm, we paid for a late checkout (EUGENIA on reception was very helpful) which was well worth it.. getting to stay out in the sun, having the use of the room (and a brew!) and an additional couple of bottles of water left for us to take on the transfer. All in all, a compromise which worked out well!

My wife and I recently booked a detox massage with Sophia and Leontine, and we couldn't have been happier. From the moment we arrived, both were warm, professional, and attentive. Sophia and Leontine clearly know what they're doing: the treatment was firm where needed, gentle where it counted, and left us feeling lighter, relaxed, and refreshed. Sophia and Leontine made the whole experience feel personal and unhurried. We walked out feeling like new people. Highly recommended, and we'll definitely be back.

Overall a great experience. Major plus points: Staff: Everyone is extremely nice and a lot of them go the extra mile to make you feel welcome, at home and catered to. Entertainment: Usually not something that is really important to me as i like to go off and explore. But at magic life this was top notch. The activities where bountyfull and of high quality. The white night beeing the highlight of the week. One tip i would give you is maybe try and find a way to close the party area to the elements. Twice an event was moved or canceled due to weather. The inside conference hall where they move the event is not so appealing and outdated. Rooms and cleaning: Great rooms and comfortabele beds. Kept very clean. Nice big terrace, ground floors even have a grass area. Food & restaurants: Great buffet choices. Not soley focusses to germans like other people claim but great diversity and great fresh show cooked optioneel daily (fresh gyros, duck and Orange. Pancakes made on the spot) flavour restaurant however is not worth the hassle. It is almost impossole to book and you almost have to beg receptionist because it does not work at all througj the app. The food is Just buffet food basically in a nicer packaging most of it was Cold and not creatieve. Bar: great staff again, as it was everywhere. Needs a little interior update and most important hang some speakers outside! There is no music at all in the evening and that makes it a little dull. So overall a great experience that i would reccomend anyone! Just don't bother with the special restaurant ;)

Me and my husband spent 7 wonderful nights here and booked a Deluxe Double Room with a sharing pool and All Inclusive — and we absolutely loved our stay! ❤️ From the very beginning, the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The whole resort was very clean and well maintained. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully equipped, with a lovely bathroom featuring both a shower and a bathtub. The housekeeping team deserves a special mention. Our room was cleaned every morning, fresh towels were provided daily, and the minibar was regularly replenished. Even the coffee capsules, cups, and glasses were replaced every morning. These little details really made us feel well taken care of. The food was absolutely delicious — fresh, varied, and with a huge selection. There was always plenty to choose from, and we enjoyed every meal. There are also so many activities available, including cycling, archery, tennis, beach volleyball, water aerobics, and much more. There is something for everyone, whether you want to be active or simply relax. And one thing you definitely shouldn't miss is the spa! I had two massages with Leontine, and she was absolutely amazing. She is such a beautiful, friendly, and kind person, and she truly has magical hands. ❤️ She helped me so much with my back pain, and I am incredibly grateful to her.
