This is the second time we have come to this hotel which was a few years ago which is why we came back. The staff are extremely friendly We love the location and the staff. There a spa shop down the road and a short taxi ride there are shops that are great. The room was in the main building and big enough But the rooms need updating Our bathroom when u had a shower the water would pool at the bottom of the bath as it wasn't going down the plug hole. Once you finished the shower the water would drain away. The beds were extremely uncomfortable and often hard to fall asleep. The rooms were cleaned each day which was emptying the bins and making the bed. When we came a few years ago the evening meals were very different there would be different variety of food such as sushi and a night where they made proper gyros This time yes there were different themed night such as Italian and Mexican but the majority would be similar foods There was always a massive variety of salad and fruit If u wanted it there would always be chips and pizza and a burger and some type of fish I personally found the food a few years ago nicer. I don't drink alcohol so I can't tell u what it's like The pool was lovely I went to the spa to have the body scrub, wrap and massage by Doxa which I would highly recommend I love the location and the friendly staff but I do think the hotel needs to update their rooms. Paint the rooms, paint the balcony and change the beds. Would highly recommend doing some trips the olive oil and palace There is Wifi but it's not great You have a safe in your room but u have to pay €4 a day for it so we didn't use it The charge when u get to the hotel is €10 per day which is some sort of tourist tax We came from 21st September for a week and there has been a few days of weather not great so would probably come earlier and hopefully avoid rain and over cloud Overall we had a lovely holiday and would consider coming back again mainly because of the location and the friendly staff

From the minute we arrived at this hotel we were greeted with fantastic hospitality from all of the staff. The staff alone are a credit to the hotel. The all inclusive offerings at this hotel are some of the best available in the industry. The facilities are fantastic. Offers a blend of relaxation as well as great evening entertainment. The bungalows here are fantastic and the room they gave us for our honeymoon was tucked out of the way but close enough to all the facilities. You can see a lot of care and planning is put into everything they do here. One of the best holidays we have had, we would really like to thank you for making our honeymoon memorable for the right reasons. Thank you

Very good location for family and just a short taxi ride to the centre of town food great lots of choices Animation team excellent rooms get cleaned every day. all the staff are excellent I've been here 6 times and always been great I was in main building had no noise during the night I will be coming back again soon for my 7 th visit. good amenities and value for money great atmosphere.

This hotel is absolutely fantastic been here for the 2nd year in a row and booked for next year too the hotel manager andi ( can't spell her full name ) is amazing room 526 is amazing I hope I get this room again people please book to come you will not be disappointed its fantastic for all the family entertainment is fantastic the in house reps are brilliant wibie is wonderful its unbelievable and he is so funny I will neaver stop coming g here as this is my favourite pleace to come and I love all the staff and especially the the hotel manager 😀

Just arrived back from a 2 week family holiday this is our 2nd time at this great hotel the Location Atmosphere is great and a good vibe and the rooms are excellent 👌 great value for money 💰 rooms are cleaned daily fresh towels supplied and clean bedding.Plenty of sunbeds and spotlessly clean swimming pool followed by a good animemation team were you can take part in different sports.The entertainment at night is good noise levels are good were music stops around 11.Food is excellent 👌 would highly recommend were looking at booking for next year already hope this helps.😁
