We've not long returned from this delightful Hotel. First Impressions-welcoming reception staff, clean, modern and spacious. Rooms were adequate size with everything you need, great shower too, not like some you encounter when you have to hold them above your head. Breakfast was very good, with a varied selection, fruits, cereals, breads, cheese, meats, cake and eggs, bacon etc. The Pool was where we spent our lazy days cooling off and the pool bar food was very good value. We ate several times in the day here. However there is a very strange way they deal with people bringing their own drinks/crisps etc. Whilst we fully understand they want you to buy their drinks (which we did) the rule of not bringing bottles of water to drink unless it's from them was ridiculous- we actually saw one barman go into a bag and retrieve the bottle to throw away. We were told we couldn't have the water as there would be a big problem- so why not put signs up to avoid confrontation because it became intimidating when the staff walked by the sunbeds looking for people's drinks and water. This left a bad taste so for the last few days we decided not to eat or drink in the pool bar or restaurant, where we had been spending at least 50euros! Also we heard a few people saying the same thing- we wondered why the bar was quiet in the evenings, people vote with their feet. Such a shame because the hotel and majority of staff were lovely. There seemed to be a ringleader- he wore a black bandana and whispered to other staff to go and tell people they couldn't drink their water. My daughter was told she couldn't eat her crisps either but they don't even sell them at the bar. Never have I been anywhere where this was policed. Just get a sign and stop intimidating guests who are relaxing, by staring at the sunbeds and looking for "illegal' water as we called it. Check in and out was very easy and the rooms were cleaned daily with fresh towels if needed. The garden area and pool area were well maintained too. I'd definitely return here but please sort your pool policy out before you put more people off spending their money in your restaurant and bar.

We had a lovely holiday here. Clean, spacious rooms; nice breakfast buffet (not sure why people complain about this - there is loads to choose from!); lovely pool; good food and drinks at the bar (excellent Greek salad and club sandwich); friendly waiting staff (although not sure why they have a lifeguard as she appears to just sit on her phone or play volleyball with her friend and not watch the pool?). Sonia in the spa gave me an amazing back and shoulder massage, and was very lovely too. Reserving sunbeds wasn’t a drama. You are allowed to, and there were enough beds for every one to get one? A short walk to the beach across a busy road, but again, didn’t ruin our holiday. The beach and water is amazing and well worth the short walk. I would highly recommend the inflatable water park just a short walk away, and Fiki restaurant.

Party of friends with Jet2 Holidays. Arrived late pm and check in was fine. Rooms are small but adequate, limited storage space. Good air conditioning and cleaned daily. Safe in room, iron available on request. Bath with shower and hairdryer. Towels changed daily. Balcony with table and 2 chairs. Our rooms were overlooking the roof bar and kids pool with a sea view in the distance. No problems with noise. 3rd night in there was a problem with the toilet, it couldn't be fixed so moved rooms without any problems. We were bed & breakfast which was very nice and plenty to choose from in a nice restaurant. Pool bar with snacks and full menu meals served in the bar area or in the extension seated area over the pool. Not the cheapest though. There is also a la carte menu/area but didn't use. Pool with sunbeds, not a huge amount of beds so get down early. Pool towel hire €5 deposit refunded upon return and could be changed when ever you liked. The pool did look murky but thought it was because of the flooring which was a beige rough feel effect, not very comfy walking into the pool or sat in the shallow end! The lifeguard was not observant as always looking at her phone, she did approach me to tell me about my kids shouldn't jump in even though I don't have any kids and she walked passed my group every day so would have known that! My friend was told off for eating crisps, we spoke to the manager and she said it was a government law that if they were caught the hotel would be fined if no proof of receipt for food or drinks. Maybe they should start selling crisps at the snack bar! It is not a government law, it is a local tax ruling, I have been to Greece several times and never heard of that or been told off for eating non hotel food! The greek night next door at the Anna Marie was brilliant, worth going €25pp Lovely boat trip €49 for the day to Marmaras with shopping, beach & food inc, pick up from hotel 9am Hotel was 10 min walk to main centre with lots of bars & restaurants on the beach front. Amazing sunsets and plenty of shops. There is a old square with traditional Greek restaurants. You can access the beach at various points from 2 mins across from the hotel or a 10 min taxi ride further down. They charge you a minimum € spend for the sunbed and food and drinks for as long as you want. This seems to be the way, we paid €30 each at the beach we accessed. The beach/sea was very pebbaly and I found it very difficult to walk on so ending up keeping my flip flops on in the sea. Spa facilities with Sonia, I had a fullbody massage which was very good and cost €60. My friend had a collagen facial and said that was amazing too! They didn't have any rooms for a late checkout but offered us the spa to shower and change which was fine. There is no entertainment, apart from 1 night a week featuring low key music act. Overall a small hotel with friendly staff and nice gardens, a few tweeks here and there and a 4 star rating would be accurate.
