Average hotel. Bad wifi. Buffet was good but dinner bad. No space at pool. Receptionist messed up scheduling of transport back to Thessaloniki which meant we missed our bus.

We stayed there for a week. Our room was small but very nice and had a good sized balcony. The room was air con was great and no extra cost. Plus a free safe. The rooms were cleaned every day with new towels. Room charge was 70 euros Staff were great, very friendly. They were so helpful with all our enquiries. Reception was very helpful and ordered the cab for us every day. Food at lunchtime was good. We enjoyed a club sandwich between us as it is served with fries. The breakfasts were very good. Everyday were full English, continental option and lots of fruit. The only issue we had was with sun beds. By 9am all of the best beds were gone. Most other beds were in shaded areas around the pool. There was signs saying that if you left your towel on bed they would get removed but none were. The hotel is between pefkora and hanioti. We got a cab to one or the other each night. Pefkora was very busy and hanioti seemed more family friendly. There is a route down to the beach we found a fantastic restaurant called Fiki. Food was very different to all the others. We would stay again.

I have been to this hotel for the last 3 years, and can say the hotel now needs a spruce-up. From my experience, the pool needs re-tiling, the sun beds need cleaning and new cushions, and some general maintenance of the outdoor area. However, the staff are fantastic, especially the cleaners, they do a fantastic job, and the food is good. The overall hotel is a good place to stay, great location, 15 minute walk to the town and 5 minutes to the beach, but it does need some upgrades doing, at the moment I feel it’s only a 3 star, not a 4 star which is a shame.

Rooom was spotlessly clean and while there may not be lots of space for clothing ( one double wardrobe & bedside units ) it was no issue A/C was perfect, staff on reception were very helpful, nothing was too much trouble The pool could do with a clean to be fair as there is a line running around it which comes off if rubbed..... We only ate here once as plenty of restaurants close by within a 20 minute walk, but the meal we did have was good and the prices are pretty standard everywhere They arranged car hire which made all the difference.

Beautiful hotel staff cannot do enough friendly and professional our cleaner fotina kept our room immaculate. We had room 403 which had a terrace which we loved. We were served drinks and snacks at our lounger. Sonya at the spa was excellent we had a body scrub when we arrived which we recommend 40 Euros 25 minutes. Breakfast had plenty of variety. Hotel is quiet and very relaxing. Pefkahori is a good 25 minute walk. No shops or bars directly outside hotel. Roughly 10 minute walk to beach which is shingle and pebbles definitely need beach shoes sun loungers are free but minimum spend is 15 Euros per person at the mere nostra restaurant loungers are comfortable and you are served at your lounger. Beach is a bit scruffy in areas. Mary and the reception staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. panos at the bar restaurant is a character and a lovely person, effi Maria and all the bar waiting on staff were absolutely lovely sorry if we have missed anybody out. The grounds are so well kept.
