SANI BEACH

Sani Beach Hotel is my Happy Place and has been the best holiday destination for 6 times now. It is has an absolutely stunning beachfront location with exceptional service that is second to none, The staff are genuinely extremely attentive and helpful whatever time of day or night, The beaches are amazing along with immaculately kept gardens, the clear azure sea. The hotel and grounds are all spotlessly clean whether inside or out and the staff take a personal pride in whatever they do. No request is to small or to big, It always feels like a personal service by every member of the Sani team and absolutely everyone works tirelessly to make sure you have the most amazing holiday. A special mention must go to the wonderful Andreea Frith from Guest Relations. She welcomed us back with open arms even though we hadn’t been back for a few years. Andreea exudes warmth, friendliness and professionalism. She genuinely cares about every one and came and found us every day wherever we were to make sure we had everything we needed and were happy. She arranged a taxi for us to and from the next village and checked that we were collected at the correct time. She is the epitome of all that Sani is and stands for. The morning that we left, she came in early to see us off to the airport- that went beyond caring, it showed a real dedication to her job and highlighted her care and thoughtfulness. Thank you Andreea. We miss you. We must also mention Roman Zaleta, ( Food and Beverage concierge ). It was so lovely to meet up with him again and know that he would create the environment for me where I didn’t have any concerns about my food allergy. If you are worried about any allergy or restriction, then please don’t be. Please be assured that any dietary requirements, intolerances or allergies would be understood and you never have to worry, If you eat in the hotel, the chefs are always made aware and speaking from experience, the chefs would freshly prepare anything I wanted that was on the menu, without garlic. That way I could enjoy my meal safe in the knowledge that my needs were being met. This also extended to the Dine Around Restaurants. Roman would contact the restaurants before hand to advise them of my allergy so that I could rest assured that there wouldn’t be garlic present in my food choice. It really is important when you have an allergy or dietary intolerance that you are catered for and Roman always did that for me, We ate in many of the restaurants in the Marina-where we were greeted as old friends and The Grill by the Pool in the hotel was wonderful. One thing to note about the restaurants is that they get booked up very quickly and you can only book one week ahead so get Roman or Reception to book for you as soon as you arrive. Another thoughtful act by Roman was to make sure we had a picnic- box prepared for us on the morning of our departure to take to the airport. Thank you. The WhatsApp facility used in the hotel is a great feature and is so quick and easy to use, There are a great many activities to do at Sani. The Bike Hire is excellent but does get booked up quickly, the Tree Top Adventure is brilliant and definitely worth going on, the gym is well equipped and the Spa has many treatments and is extremely relaxing. The Aqua Aerobics in the main pool is good for a work out for any fitness level. The infinity pool by B beach, is much quieter than the main pool and there were always plenty of sun beds to lay on. The Beach Buddies are all amazing. Nothing is too much trouble for them, Thank you. We enjoyed the Musical performances at the Garden Theatre but feel that a 2 week rolling programme would be even better, especially when you are staying for a fortnight, All the staff at Sani Beach are world class in hospitality. We look forward to returning soon to my Happy Place where we can meet up again with the wonderful Andreea ,( one of the most caring people I have been lucky enough to meet), and Roman who makes sure I can enjoy my holiday without worrying about food-ever. Thank you Sani. It’s no wonder you have so many guests returning year after year! Simply The Best.

This was our second trip to Sani beach. If you are considering booking it, just do it. Everything is perfection from start to finish. We had a two bedroom sea view suite and the room is gorgeous with an intervening sitting room between the adults and children’s bedrooms and a balcony spanning the width of the three rooms with beautiful views and amazing sunsets. Activities wise there is so much to do you could stay for 6 weeks and not cover everything. Plenty of options included in the price though we did book a few extras including the soccer academy, the art classes and the photography session- all I would recommend. Food wise you are spoiled for choice. Although if you are on half board the poolside lunches definitely add up. Ice cream and fruit slush given out complimentary around the pool and beach every day which was a lovely touch. I thought the price of a bottle of wine in the mini market was expensive enough, I feel it was better value last year. Although the daily specials and the odd unexpected ice bucket in the bedroom softened the blow. Special mention to our concierge NATASA who went above and beyond for us, took the initiative to make restaurant reservations and book our cruise which was most helpful and appreciated. Always available at the end of the WhatsApp but never overbearing. She was a gem! Also deserving a mention is PASCHALIS who hosted our wine tasting. He was so knowledgeable and personable with a good sense of humour. VASILIS BILL was our chauffeur for the Volvo tour and again, so knowledgeable and hospitable and kind to the children. Matoula the chef in grill by the pool always remembering your order and seemed genuinely happy to be there. CHRIS at the bmx track is so encouraging with the children. And the two gentlemen at the tree top adventure (whose names I didn’t get but they were also there in 2025) were great too. In summary Sani has spoiled us again and we hope to return again. It is safe to say that after visiting it will spoil all other holidays! A very special place.

We have just returned from a fantastic week at Sani Beach and I couldn't recommend it enough for a great family holiday. From the moment we arrived, the staff were so attentive and lovely - nothing was too much trouble and they genuinely made you feel looked after. The whole resort was pristine. The gardens and flowers were all immaculately kept, you can tell how much pride they take in the place - it's beautiful to walk around. A real highlight for us was the Garden Theatre. Amazing! The whole cast were so professional and talented, you would think you were seeing a show in the West End. Such a special evenings for the whole family. We loved the option to eat at all the restaurants - that was a great touch and really made the holiday feel very special. So much variety and the quality everywhere was excellent. My girls absolutely loved the golf buggies to get around the resort - they thought that was the best part! Sani Beach has got the family holiday absolutely spot on. Relaxing, luxurious but so welcoming for children. We will definitely be returning. Thank you to all the team at Sani!

Exceptional Service that Truly Blows You Away – A Masterclass in Guest Care As someone who has travelled extensively to many five-star resorts in many different countries over the last 30 years, I have never actually written a holiday review before. However, I feel so incredibly strong about the service we received here that I felt absolutely compelled to do so. Sani Beach Hotel in Greece is easily one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. The property itself is absolutely impeccable, featuring gorgeous grounds, fantastic facilities, and an incredible selection of 10 swimming pools spread across the resort. However, what truly sets this place apart is its extraordinary, deeply human approach to service and its spectacular dining. The food quality across the entire resort is absolutely outstanding; although they offer exceptional à la carte menus, the standard of the buffet and the brilliant Dine Around menus are also completely first-class. When we first arrived on Monday, we encountered an issue with our room. The shower cubicle was not suitable for my wife, who is partially disabled, and posed a potential slip hazard. While the front desk initially couldn't move us and promised an update within 12 hours, communication unfortunately stalled. What happened next, however, completely transformed our holiday. On Thursday, the Hotel Manager, Christina, personally reached out via text to arrange a meeting with me for 11:15 AM the following day. When I explained our safety concerns, Christina was genuinely concerned that we had been left upset. She didn't just apologize for the communication delay—she went completely above and beyond to make things right. Recognizing that we had been unable to book a highly popular, sold-out Sunset Cruise, Christina magically managed to arrange the excursion for us. On top of that, she treated us to a complimentary à la carte dinner as a gesture of goodwill. The meal was absolutely fantastic, and the staff were flawless. Our servers, Sandy and Vaggelis, were exceptional. Vaggelis handled our wine service, and at just 20 years old, his knowledge and eagerness to learn his craft were incredibly impressive. Everything, including the wine, was generously included. The care didn't stop there. My daughter, who suffers from severe asthma, was with us alongside her boyfriend—a trip that was incredibly special as she has not been on holiday with us for many years. In the very early hours of the morning on our departure day, she unfortunately suffered a severe asthma attack and became very poorly. We had to call the emergency doctor, who was absolutely fantastic, administering numerous nebulisers to aid her breathing so we could safely fly home. The doctor was so compassionate that she only charged us 50% of the normal treatment fee. What completely shocked and amazed me was encountering Christina, the manager, at around 8:00 AM that morning. Despite how early it was, she already knew the full details of our late-night medical ordeal. The internal communication at this hotel is unbelievable. Furthermore, a young lady working at the Beach Bar stood out for her incredible empathy. When she learned about my daughter’s respiratory issues, she immediately brewed her a hot drink made of fresh mint, ginger, lemon, and honey. This thoughtful gesture genuinely worked and gave my daughter some much-needed relief, proving that the staff here truly care about their guests on a personal level. Christina is an absolute credit to Sani Beach, leading a team that defines world-class hospitality. We cannot speak highly enough of this amazing place. God willing, we would love nothing more than to return next year.

From the moment we arrived at Sani beach we felt at home But what stood out for us the first night we was greeted by ilia’s at Amoss restaurant and he could not do enough for us , his kind caring attentive energy was very special , we then went back and he remembered us and again went above and beyond for us , we was thinking we couldn’t get a reservation for dinner and he took the time to try his best and got us a slot , he is an asset to the Sani resort and made us feel so at home and that is really what made our time at Sani so special. We can’t wait to come back to Sani beach. Thank you ilias
