Disappointing stay in Malta studios that are not recommended , run by an old couple ( owners ) who have missed out with the times. I do not recommend a visit to a restaurant because the quality of the food leaves something to be desired here (we were served a frozen pizza where some of the pads were still cool. We had also interviewed other guests who were partially satisfied with the food. Breakfast is supposed to be quite good. The first impression was enough for us. Quiet location disturbed by noisy motorcycles every now and then. The balconies are small but fine. Not suitable for our travel reason. More on that later. For the air conditioning system you have to pay 6 € per day. The free WIFI is very weak. However, there are three WIFI Log In . Of course, it is best in the catering sector. Laterally at the accommodation house on the stairs it is still acceptable. The rooms are clairvoyant ! not exaggerated but...the wooden shutters, be slammed regardless of ....not frightened ! The owners are friendly, hardly speak English , German or other languages except Greek of course. In the restaurant you suddenly understand what is said. Our room was small and the beds too narrow and hard. That's how I imagine prison beds. The extra bed for the daughter was the bringer - a lounger - We all had back pain afterwards. Rooms must be vacated by 12:00. A further stay not possible.-! We did not find a hotel safe ! The mini market is well stocked but expensive ! Under the stairs there is a sanitary room where you can freshen up before being picked up by the bus - costs nothing !

Since it is a 2-star accommodation, I actually expected more minor damage and less good facilities. But it was very clean, the good and soft towels were changed and mopped every two days and the air conditioning, which can be booked separately, also worked. The water had good pressure and was very hot. However, there was no holder for the shower head. But it worked fine without it. The shower had a high foot bath and the bathroom floor also had a second drain. However, a mop would have been needed here for puddles on the floor, which was missing. The room was well equipped with enough shelves, shutters and curtains. The mattresses were OK, the beds very narrow. There was no small pillow. A large clothesline with hooks in front of the private balcony was also great. The walls were freshly painted and there were enough hangers in the closets. A few more hooks in the bathroom and in the room would have been good. One light and one socket had a loose connection but there were enough other sockets. The kitchen is probably not well equipped for cooking yourself. The fridge worked well and also had a freezer compartment. The water was turned off for several hours every day without prior notice. We were not told why. Our room (the only one) had no light on the balcony. The WiFi in the room was quite weak and unstable, but it was better in the restaurant. The location is super quiet and still close to the sea. You can't see the sea though. Since there were often loud parties on the beach, I was particularly happy about this location. The owners were all very friendly, but apart from one employee, they hardly spoke any English or German. The dinner in the accommodation was quite unimaginative and prepared a bit carelessly. There was not a single dessert, not even olives or feta cheese with the salad, for example. The breakfast, on the other hand, was very tasty and with several choices. There are rooms on the ground floor and some on the first floor that can be reached via a staircase. I wouldn't book there again with half board but would rather spend more money as there are several very good restaurants nearby, but everything else was really good for this price.

COMPLEX - quiet, idyllic location with lots of nature - staff who can barely speak English (and even less German) but at least try hard - unkind food on offer ROOM or STUDIO: - door lock that doesn't inspire much confidence - very simple kitchenette - bathroom too small with no soap and flooded floor when showering (smell of rot from the drain afterwards); toilet paper holder was not repaired despite requesting it - no consistent and sometimes very weak WiFi
