Akti Beach Club

Stayed here for a week and everything was perfect . I emailed the hotel a few weeks prior asking for certain things to be put in place if possible and all the things I asked for were promptly replied too with no guarantees but all were adhered too .. The room we had was small but clean and tidy and had a shared pool outside the patio area ,perfect for a quiet chilled sun lounge week ,we are not big drinkers but the bar isn't a million miles away for you to make the most of the all inclusive offering and all drinks were of branded very good quality 😀 .the service from every member of staff was amazing always smiling helpful even in the constant sun and heat . The adults only restaurant was of very good quality for an all inclusive across all meals times and the service from the waiting staff was impeccable! Quick to clear plates and relay and also keeping your glass topped up . The grounds of the hotel were very well kept and the place was beautifull always . The private beach was ok like others state is a shingled area and quite difficult to navigate safely into the water ,water shoes are very recommended . The temperature and cleanliness of all the pools were very good ,quiet clean and always a sun lounger if you wanted to sit around the main pool closer to the bar and restaurant. Some of the loungers need attention my wife kept picking the ones that were broken lol but that made for a bit of humour for everyone watching as she kept collapsing the head rest of the bed but yes a few do need updating or sorting . For the price we paid for the kind of service ice we received was quite incredible and was probably worth a few £££ more . I can't comment on the family sode as we didnt venture over alot just on our walks to the shop or beach but again looked like everyone was happy and they had a few different bars to choose from so nothing looked too busy . I would 100% recommend this place and would return would like to wait until both my kids were of age to stay on the adults only side but I dont think my wife will wait the 2 years for that to happen . We arrived as strangers and left as friends. This hotel and entertainment team (Remarc) has absolutely blown my mind. I have left half of my heart here. Entertainment pool bar tender…. Who we had a lil soft spot for…. What worker!! Never stopped. Entertainment team….. All work effortlessly throughout the day and night. Breathtaking performers…. We will forever love you and follow wherever you go. We visiting 2 years ago and that entertainment was great… this year Remarc team absolutely made our holiday. My 12 year old Kally, loves them… My mama and papa who are 77 year old adores them, my wife & I aged somewhere in the middle admires them. The spa experience with Susan was a perfect way to end the holiday before the long journey home.

We are currently here for a two week stay at the hotel room 222 lovely veiw of pool hotel is great food is by far the best all-inclusive we have had plenty of choice resturant and snack bar staff work really hard as do bar staff only down side do not think the resturant manager should talk down to the staff on the floor should take them aside if there is a problem.plenty sunbeds different pools free bus into town is great rooms cleaned daily fresh towels.our door stopped working took an hour to get in no cards would work so they had to find us the key but the cleaners cards work when cleaners come in they keep turning off the air-conditioning so room is red hot on return apart from that all good and will return

Good hotel to stay. Swimming pools are not to cold not to hot. Entertainment is good and animation team is good Our child enjoyed the mini club and playing with the animation team.
