Came here for a joint family holiday. Great hotel! Really really nice, the location is beautiful right on the beach, and not far from a beautiful town with lots of restaurants and shops. But of a walk, and if you have small children, there’s a bit of a hairy walk with no path for a bit, but the drivers are safe and it’s not completely unsafe, but I’ll point this out for people looking to come. Just keep everyone safe! The hotel itself, has great spacious rooms, the maids are great and clean the rooms nicely when needed. Is quite hilly depending where you are, but wasn’t a problem for us as we like the exercise. There is a buggy operation all day that’ll take you back and forth where you need to go etc etc. there’s kids facilities and clubs which we haven’t used, a water park aswell, we also haven’t used this. (The pools are freezing mind! This time of year!) we had the end of a storm when we came so was cold in the mornings and evenings and very windy, we are currently on our 7th day and due to fly in 3 days. The weather is actually quite hot now. With a nice breeze. The snacks and food in the restaurant are really good, with a great selection ! There is also a good variety of snack bars where you can get pizza, donuts, cake, fruit, sandwiches and cold and hot drinks etc etc there is also a Greek Gyros van that is there all day every day which is really good!! We are due to eat at the Asian restaurant tonight, still yet to try the Italian. The Greek one was ok, depends on what you like. Calamari was great. There is American, Asian, Greek and Italian that I am aware of.. bear in mind there’s probably loads that I haven’t experienced. The gym is good and the sauna, have used a few times! There is also treatments you can have done, haven’t done any of these. Walk into town and book an excursion, there’s a few good reliable trustworthy places that are cheaper than going through TUI! We done the 3 islands boat tour yesterday and it was great! The sea is warmer than the pools!! lol get to the beach if your cold around the hotel. Bear in mind this is October! But today is still beautifully warm around the pool for sunbathing. One downfall for me was that, when selecting a plate for dinner, I have found myself trying to find a fully clean plate, it’s not that they are dirty but the dishwashers can’t clean it all I expect as The turnover is mega! They are clean but being fussy it was one thing I’d like to point out that I am every meal going through to find a plate that is spotless clean. Maybe you don’t care as much. Cuttlery all clean and nice and tables in restaurant always being cleaned thoroughly. Staff are very friendly, and the locals in the shops are too! Really good with kids! The kids entertainment in the arena each night is great! Lot of effort from the hotel! Loads of bars around the hotel to grab drinks from etc. Not sure what else to say to be honest, we’re having a great time! Oh yeah the hotel beds are super comfy, and the showers are powerful and lovely! Supplied with shower get etc. Have a great time if you do book! I would recommend it, maybe go in the summer though for really nice hot weather, but probably will be very busy. P.s if you come in October, bring warmer clothes than you think for early morning/evening, it’s chilly! God bless

I did full body relax massage with Savvina and i haven’t felt that calm in so many years. She knew exactly were to put more pressure and make your body fully relax. I would recommend to book with her

*Food Poisoning* *Rude Staff* Rooms themselves are nice, the beds are comfortable, and they are mostly kept clean. However, this is definitely not a 4- or 5-star standard resort, as there are multiple cosmetic issues and a bedroom door that struggles to shut without slamming it. If you like taking a long shower, you should also expect the bathroom to flood. Also beware if the mosquito we have had so many in our room cleaning staff leave doors open while there in so all night that’s all you hear, members of the group have been bitten left right and centre while sleeping. We sadly experienced two days of storms during our stay, which resulted in our main bedroom entryway flooding. When the weather turns bad, there really isn’t much to do inside the hotel; there are only two indoor seating areas, and they simply do not have enough chairs to accommodate everyone. Moving on to the bars, the drinks are just okay—quite weak with not a lot of choices available. The bar staff have been rude and unhelpful during the last week we have been here. There has only been one person working each bar, so long queues have been constantly forming, and you can easily tell the staff are fed up and just don’t want to be here. As for the food, it was a major disappointment. Sadly, a member of our group suffered from the dreaded food poisoning which has lasted multiple days, personally wouldn't recommend the water from the self serve machine as this has a very chemical taste. The food is just not up to the standard of even a three-star hotel; choices are incredibly limited, and the signs labelling the dishes are very basic without any proper explanation of what things actually are. We haven't had any hot food at the buffet, as it has all been served cold or lukewarm, making it completely unenjoyable to eat. The one major positive was the staff and the food in the A La Carte restaurants, which were absolutely amazing and top-notch. It is a massive shame that you can’t eat in them all week, as you are only allowed a choice of two visits per week, which is disappointing given they were always empty. When it comes to the pools, they are absolutely freezing—like "heart attack cold"—and far too cold for the children in our party to even want to go in. Regarding the kids' entertainment, the staff at the kids' club and the entertainment team completely made this holiday. They have been absolutely amazing, kind, and genuine, and they deserve all the praise in the world. As for the location, it is about a 20-minute walk from Kardamena, where there are some nice shops, bars, and restaurants. However, the route there feels quite run-down and there is no safe path to walk down; you can’t walk along the beach, so you are forced to walk directly on the road. Beware the the path has been damaged so cannot be walked in there a large areas of no path or paths with massive holes in the middle, so if you are bringing kids please be aware of their safety. The town itself has one main strip of shops that are all quite expensive, and we found most of the owners to be very pushy and looking to rip you off, one shop selling basic cups for 38 euro. The two hotels shops are actually cheaper than in town. Back at the hotel, the indoor pool area offers a really nice, calm environment where you can access the pool and the gym. There is a hot tub there, but every single time I asked to go in, I was told "no" with zero explanation given. Sadly, you also have to pay extra to use the sauna, which I don't agree with since you wouldn’t typically have to pay for that in other places. The daytime entertainment at the resort is very loud, and there are no quiet areas or pools where you can just relax during the day, which is a real shame. The music in the main restaurant is also quite loud, so between that and the general busyness of the place, dining can become very loud and overwhelming. While the hotel grounds are admittedly very pretty, they become incredibly dangerous and slippery when wet, so you really have to beware. On the bright side, the view out to the sea is perfect, and it was a true enjoyment to sit and watch the boats and planes come in. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this resort and will not be returning; if there was a big improvement to the food quality/ temperature, that would definitely help, but too many things fell short.
