Evripides Village

This is our third stay at this hotel. It is a beautiful place surrounded by green trees and colorful shrubs, far removed from city noise and crowds of tourists. The rooms are simple and clean, and housekeeping is very frequent (we even had to tell the cleaning staff a few times that it isn't necessary) 😊. Both the beach and the pool area offer free hotel sunbeds, with plenty of space for everyone. The food is even better than during our previous visit—absolutely delicious! There is a wide variety of dishes and plenty of seafood—everyone is sure to find something they like. The owners are very polite and friendly—always happy to help with any request, no matter how unusual. 😊 We highly recommend this place. We will certainly be back, as it is our favorite place on the island of Kos.

This hotel is mascerading as a 4 star hotel. Rooms are Tierd ,have no kettle or hairdryer, our toilet had a leek smelt and had brown stains on inside and out. The aircone was loud. corroded cupboard handles . We were offered a nother room but the bathroom smelt the shower fixinf fell of the wall and the aircon was noisy . Finaly got a room that was slighty better bur badly tiled in bathroom. Water was not hot throughout the day, No nice glasses for wine or beer, plastic cups! Poole area was clean but was bear and uninviting to stay and drink. Food was never hot just luke warm if lucky. One choice of bread ,cheap white, jams marmalade were runny . Cheap! I would discribe it as Canteen food. Not 4 star food . The sausages were prossed and not even the local cats would eat them! I am and ex 5 star & ala carte chef , so know what a good standered of food is . This was not. No choice of wines , drinks at dinner were limited to beer or wine from a machine . No waiters clearing tables you were expected to clear yourself. The front of the hotel was like a building site and around the hotel was scuffy in parts. Its only saving grace where its staff who were helpfull and kind and underpaid. We spent very lttle time at the hotel as it was not a pleasurable . I dont understand the good reveiws ,people must have low standerds . It tainted our Holiday. would not stay again.Lots of complaints from others staying there. Very poor and shamefull .

Just got back from a really enjoyable stay at Evripides Village hotel which is in an ideal location with a great atmosphere and great value.Nikos and Denise really make you feel welcome.The swimming pool is lovely with really nice sun-beds,Food is excellent,It is the third time we have stayed at this hotel and cannot wait to return next year,

Our third family holiday at this excellent hotel..fantastic location,beautiful surroundings, so peaceful and relaxing. Nikos and Denise the owners are truly so people friendly. Thank you Denise for driving to my wife's rescue when she had an accident miles from the hotel without hesitation. See you next year Frank
