Everything has been great, especially the pool bar which has great music and atmosphere and amazing staff. We loved the romanian staff

Ok this was my stay at this resort Disaster 1:ok night one our bathroom leaked on the roof my husband told us about it but we all thought no much of it Day two it leave more still not that bad so we just put more towels Day three my daughter told us it leaked everywhere including the floor so we went to the reception (this will be explained in disaster 2) Disaster 2:the staff was no helpful at all we waited for more than 1hr after complaining as they just told us to leave it for one more night and that it was to be dealt with tmrw when someone came to fix it after waiting for 1.5hr after they left the bathroom was in shambles so we asked to clean it after the cleaner came it was all wet and soaked basically a safety hazard for my child This is my actual thinking of this hotel (minus the disaster )the food it was plain and just mediocre like food you could probably get anywhere around the world getting a drink was like a refuge getting food The pool:ok I guess as one behind our seats WAS A LOUD NOSIC SPEAKER it was ear bending The staff:the attitude was helpful at learning So my rating would be 2/10 Do not recommend

Honest review Overall, I wouldn’t say this hotel is up to a 4-star standard. I imagine that when it was first built, it probably would have been, but it now feels quite dated in places. The Hotel is large and set on extensive grounds. The gardens themselves are lovely, with an exotic feel that could easily belong to a 4-star resort. The pools were a big hit with the teenagers, although they also look quite dated and could definitely benefit from some refurbishment. The slides were great fun, though. One of the larger pools, where the statue is located, was green in colour. I’m not sure whether that was intentional or not, but it certainly didn’t look particularly inviting, so needless to say, we didn’t use it! There were always plenty of activities available, including aqua aerobics, darts, boules and water polo, so there was never a shortage of things to do. The rooms are definitely dated and in need of updating. They feel like stepping back into the 1990s, although they were clean. The beds we had were extremely hard and felt like sleeping on a flat wooden surface! Our bed sheets weren’t changed at all during our week-long stay, although the towels were changed once. The food, however, was good. There was always plenty of choice and we never had to wait around for food to be cooked. There was a great variety, including some beautiful salads. For fussy eaters, there was also plenty of the usual beige food such as pizza, chips and nuggets, although we didn’t eat much of that ourselves. Overall, I’d say this is a good hotel, but not an excellent one. The grounds and gardens are probably its biggest strengths, and there’s plenty to keep families and teenagers entertained. With some investment and modernisation, particularly in the rooms, pools and general facilities, it could potentially be a really lovely 4-star resort again.

I know many people come to Tripadvisor to write bad reviews and I don’t normally bother. However this hotel is not only extremely bad but it is completely unsafe, especially for children. Look at my attached photos. It is nothing like pictures online and looks like a bomb has been dropped on the place. Rooms are horrible with raised rotting floor boards, safety bannisters loose on upper mezzanine where children can easily fall. Toilet constantly broken, shower full of holes in the wall. Rooms are dirty and replenishments don’t happen, such as toilet rolls and towels. Children in the resort getting upset stomach from the pool water, lots of dangerous holes around in unlit areas, one lady broke her ankle. No towels in room - reception told us they change every 3 days but don’t bother. On our first night we immediately complained and couldn’t believe the amount of people also complaining. It looks like every room has the same issue. Reception staff useless. They just keep fobbing everyone off and the cues are insane with people complaining about same things. Two of the reception staff just walked off which left one person. Food is really bad at resort too. Feels like a prison cue for slop in a bowl. Kids can’t even get ice cream. Gym is none existent - they have put equipment next to indoor pool plugged in - major electrical hazard! Weights bench falling apart. There is no way this is 4 star, it is 1 star at a push. We will be trying to fly home early cause this place is completely unfit for living. One lady at reception said her son woke up covered in ants with lots of bites. I travel for work every week and have never seen a place so bad if I’m honest. And I’ve been to some very dangerous areas of the world. I heard this hotel is being sold soon so I guess they just don’t care. Please Avoid avoid avoid at all costs if you want to enjoy with your family.

Avoid Avoid Avoid, this is not a 4 star hotel i wouldn't even class it as a 1 star, this is the worst place we have ever stayed, the day we arrived we were greeted by about 30 people at reception all complaining, we thought surely it cant be that bad, how wrong was we, we booked for 3 adults & 1 child when we got to our room we was greeted with 2 single beds & a kids pop up bed & a dirty old sofa for an adult to sleep on, there was dodgy electrical wires hanging out of the wall, cracked & lifted floor tiles throughout, ants infested everywhere, we had a dirty bath tub with a crapy shower fitted, there was no shower curtain or shower screen so every time you showered the whole bathroom would get soaked also causing a major slipping issue, the beds were dirty & so was the towels im sure they was infestedwith bed bugs also as we would all wake up every morning covered in bites , it doesn't matter how many times you complain at reception or to management they do not care, some will even laugh in your face & im not even exaggerating, in 14 nights we didn't have our bed sheets changed once, we had our towels changed once but the new ones were dirtier than the old ones, there is probably about 100 sunbeds for about 1000 guest & most of these are either rusty dirty or broken, & the beach part is exactly the same, dont trust any of the advertised photos they are all Ai, the place looks nothing like it, the food is terrible the same old slodge everyday, the plates are & dining area is always dirty & over run, i could go on & on, trust me this is not a 4 star resort, the receptionist even said that the place is closing down in October if not sooner to be demolished which says everything, the whole time we was there we didn't speak to anyone that wasn't having problems with the place, at any time of the day or night you will find a que of people at reception complaining, again do not belive the good reviews this is a dirty horrible hotel, trust me you will be disappointed, these holiday companys should not be selling this place
