KoSea Boutique Hotel

Wonderful stay in Kosea boutique hotel very central to town and Port. Very welcoming Reception staff on arrival and very helpful during stay. Breakfast had great choices Hot and cold buffet, and House keeping staff very polite and helpful, room service completed early every morning. No hesitation in recommending this hotel.

The hotel is really nice but feels like it needs a few small updates here and there. It's in a great location.....10 minute walk (maximum) into the old Kos town and opposite a small shingly/pebbly beach where you can experience some lovely dining and drinking experiences. The surrounding roads have MANY local restaurants, and many that are really good to eat at. The ladies who clean the rooms daily are lovely and do an excellent job....and are very discreet.....absolutely no complaints from us. Breakfast offers a great selection and the food is generally tasty and fresh. Due to the hotel's 'footprint' it suffers from a lack of space for relaxing....the main point of which, the pool area, is lacking in pool size, sun beds (some of which are a tad old and need replacing), and has a smallish pool bar. It has a smallish gym that needs some TLC as well as new/replaced weights and machines. The element that made it great for us were the staff....warm, friendly, helpful, kind, smiley (genuine smiles!) and completely genuine. For that alone it's well worth the visit, and the people that stood out for us were Danai, Anna and Maria who left you with a warm feeling at every chat/meeting. I'd also call out a gentleman who helped with the room clear out each day and whose name I sadly didn't get. He worked tirelessly and with a smile....he chuckled at me when I nearly walked into a window and we both laughed at it daily after that. Thanks all, a lovely stay....but just attend to a few relatively minor things in the winter break.

Just returned from a week at the KoSea with friends and I would certainly return. Positive Points: modern, clean, nice decor, good sized rooms, really comfy beds, lovely outside seating at the restaurant, plenty of choice at breakfast, great poolside food. All staff were nice polite and friendly (Avva at Reception was great). Situated right on the beachfront, plenty of bars, restaurants, coffee shops within walking distance (Phoenix bar next door has a lovely beach terrace with a chill vibe) and only a 10 minute walk into the Old Town/Harbour where your choices are endless!). Slight Negatives: Less than 20 Sun loungers for over 40 rooms (but lots of beach clubs everywhere), poolside bar shuts at 6pm so no pre-dinner drinks, you hear the cleaners starting early in the morning as the corridors echo (tip - shut the bathroom window). But, they are only slight negatives and they would not stop me returning.

Location excellent 10 mins walk up the old town and harbour. Hotel was not a boutique hotel at all, beds were comfy, towels and dressing gowns were dirty. Quiet we had a family room with pool. Pool very small and we could not get subbed for 2-4 days due to people putting towels in early and leaving them all day. Pool Too small for the hotel.pool bar served nice food, kristophe and the lifeguards were the only friendly ones about. Would not visits as a family again or as a couple to be honest

Best solo trip ever. Shout out to all the team from reception to cleaner to breakfast team. Everything was perfect, the team always smiling and caring, offering help without even asking , a warm welcome that made my stay perfect. Need to mention that the hotel is really quiet and super clean. A special shout out to Anna from reception who helped me to plan everything ( with recommandation for excursions , restaurants , places to visits) , my holidays were booked last minute without any plan and Anna helped me to enjoy my stay at the maximum. The hotel is also located in center which made my life easy you can go everywhere by walk , and the bus station is only 10mns by walk if you want to go to Tigaki or kefallos for example. Thanks again to all this lovely team. Will come back again for sure ! Keep going ! 😍😍😍😍
