Mastichari Bay

We were transferred to this Hotel as our original accommodation was unable to host us. We were actually really pleased. It's a nice hotel with loads of facilities. The staff on reception were very welcoming. Our room was 243. It was large and comfortable with a nice bathroom. It had a garden and sea view which was lovely. The veranda was spacious and there was a clothes airer. We were just on bed and breakfast and the breakfast was very good with plenty of choice. There were plenty of sunbeds available, the ones on the beach having mattresses. The gardens were beautiful and so well kept. Everything was very clean and tidy including the beach.

The location was good, the hotel grounds and gardens are beautiful very impressive. Our room was large and spotlessly clean, plenty of sunbeds available. Reception staff where very friendly and super efficient we requested a kettle and cups for use in our room it was sorted quickly, we also asked for a mattress topper to make the bed softer that was sorted quickly too. Breakfast was good lots of choice and always a table available. We only stayed bed and breakfast so had to pay for all drinks which could have ended up being pricey. Nice pool areas one less crowed and smaller than the other. the smaller one had lots of bean bag type sun loungers along with normal sun loungers, it also had a quiet area of the pool which never really was quiet it needs to be adults only. Would definitely stay again.

The hotel very beautiful and brand new. The personnel extremely polite, helpful to the maximum, responding before you ask to your needs. Amazing. It has been a long time since I have been received such service. Arrived at night and they gave us food and welcome drinks even if it wasn't included. Congratulations.

Whilst we didn’t intend to stay here we were evacuated from kardamena during the wildfires. The hotel offered around 50 evacuees to stay overnight. They didn’t have available rooms but we all bedded down in the lobby for the evening. We had facilities on hand and they gave us an amazing and greatly needed breakfast before organising transportation back to our hotel the next morning. Many thanks from everyone who stayed. Your staff went above and beyond to help out that night

Excellent experience very comfortable rooms with free wifi and respectful people's there is nothing which can make discomfort for us we really enjoy the trip the food was yumm and I heartily recommend to all other my friends and other people's who want to enjoy
