had a pretty entertaining stay — and not always for the reasons the hotel intended. Let’s start with the good stuff, because credit where it’s due: the room was spotless, the bed was so comfortable I briefly considered asking if I could take it home, and the chamber maids were absolute heroes, cleaning the room early enough that I actually felt like a functioning adult. Restaurant staff? Lovely. The Soya Restaurant? A genuine star — so good it made me forget the chaos elsewhere. Pool and beach staff were on point too, keeping everything running smoothly while I pretended to be someone who regularly relaxes by a pool. Now… the reception. Bless them. They tried. But “sparkle” was definitely missing — imagine a lightbulb that technically works but flickers like it’s haunted. I was given the wrong room on arrival: a “sea view” room with absolutely no sea view. Not even a puddle. After several hours of waiting, Jet2 confirmed the hotel had indeed allocated the wrong room. The reception manager, John, confidently told me it had been “signed off” by Jet2 — which was impressive, considering Jet2 had just said the opposite. Bold move, John. Eventually I got the correct room, and all was well again… until I visited the main bar, where ordering a drink felt like entering a patience‑themed escape room. The staff were friendly, just operating in slow motion — possibly due to a time‑zone difference only they were aware of. Overall, a hotel with plenty of strengths — great housekeeping, comfy rooms, standout restaurants — but with reception and bar service that could use a little caffeine, a little sparkle, and maybe a small miracle.

Amazing views lovely Hotel very helpful staff super food wonderful swimming pools ( although unheated so freezing cold). Nice and clean facilities. Sous Chef was really great at accomodating my gluten free diet. Would highly recommend the Hotel. If you have mobility issues you may struggle with the numerous steps and slopes.

Stunning views but isolated location. Difficult to arrange an independent taxi. Atmosphere nice and chilled in the day. Room clean as we had the sea premium room so very nice and recommended this. Value for money. Georgia the cleaner was great and the barman on the beach. Theo.

Third visit to this resort and writing just as we head off home - stayed in room 1714, from 28 September to 8 October. This visit didn’t disappoint, we’ve had a very comfortable and relaxing holiday - shout out to the staff at Julianno’s, Theo, Bryan, Joshua and Linden at the pool bar and Alina (and Tiger the cat) and Theologica at the beach bar. Standard of cleanliness in the resort is spot on and our room was kept beautifully clean by the lovely Georgia. Food and service are all three restaurants was a good and enjoyable. Our only suggestion would be to provide more variety at lunchtime in The Mediterrano restaurant for All in guests. Staff make a this place, they’re all hardworking and attentive. We had a minor issue one evening with the Aircon in our room but reception sorted this very quickly. Thank you- we won’t leave it another 8 years to return!

We had a really enjoyable stay overall and would definitely recommend the hotel. The site itself was excellent — everything was clean, well maintained and the majority of the staff were fantastic. The staff at the pool bar were brilliant. We never had to get up to get a drink, and whoever was going around the sunbeds serving me constant beers without even asking, while giving me fist bumps, deserves a pay rise! 😂 The staff at the main bar were also extremely friendly, particularly Arbri, Kristian and Theologia, who always made us feel welcome and provided great service. Arvin at the outside main restaurant also deserves a special mention. He was always smiling, happy and provided great service. The cleaners were also consistently good. The food was mixed. Breakfast at the Mediterranean restaurant was great, and whoever was serving there was fantastic. The evening meal there, however, was quite average. The Chinese restaurant was really good, while the main food offering was generally okay but nothing particularly special. Drinks were also good overall, although unfortunately the wine was quite sour. The infinity pool was a nice feature, although it was absolutely freezing! The soul music was also a real highlight and created a great atmosphere — we just wish it had been played more often, as some of the normal music was a little depressing. The location was very convenient, with easy bus access into town, which made getting around really straightforward. One area that could definitely be improved is the reception experience. We didn’t find the reception staff particularly friendly and there wasn’t much of a greeting or welcoming feeling when arriving. Considering the rest of the staff were so friendly, this stood out. Overall, we’d rate the hotel around 5 stars for the site, staff and cleanliness, but closer to 4 stars when it comes to personalisation, extras and service outside of the bars. Arriving at the hotel, there was no indication it was going to be a 5 star. I have recieved welcome drinks and people to help you through the check in experience in a 4 star. The bar staff in particular were exceptional and really helped make our stay enjoyable.
