We stayed for 10 nights at the beginning of June. We arrived late and there was a cold meat salad waiting for us. We had a room on the ground floor (room 113) I asked for a high floor and quiet location when booking but as we only booked two days prior to travel it's understandable that a higher floored room wasn't available, having said that it was only two storeys high anyway. The room was in a quiet location so we slept well throughout our stay. The food was good throughout our stay. The location of the hotel is roughly a 40 minute walk from Kos town which was fine early morning or in the evening but a bit too warm for us to walk during the day. We really liked Kos town, you can go on the boats on the evening to pick your spot for a 3 island boat trip or other trip. We had no problems getting a sunbed around the pools at any time we visited them. The beach is a bit of a let down, it's not very big and there are big stones as you enter the sea, they have installed a double width of sand bags to get you out to swimming depth so I didn't wear beach shoes, there's about 4 rows of sunbeds, again we never had a problem getting beds there. You have a good view of Turkey straight in front of you whilst you're on your sunbed. There's a bus stop on the main road near the hotel but it's a bit hit or miss as to whether it will stop due to it being full, it sailed straight past at 9.30 and 10.30 but we did manage to get on the 8.30. Taxis are also the same as we were informed that there were only about 70 on the island, we asked at reception after the bus didn't stop for us and we were told that we would be added to the list. Cycling is a good way to get around as there's a cycle path which takes you to Kos town and Lambi, but if you want to go to Tigaki you have to cycle on a fairly quiet road. Tigaki is definitely worth a visit as it has a long beach. The bar that we visited in Tigaki offered free sunbeds for the day if you bought your drinks there which was quite surprising to us. We hired bikes from the place outside the hotel, in my experience go for one of the newer ones as they're in a much more serviceable condition, I had to return the first one that they gave me, they're 10 euros a day and e bikes were 20 euros. The staff at the hotel were very friendly. As I checked out the lady on n reception asked if we had a good time, I said we couldn't fault it and she replied that's exactly as it should be. We would definitely recommend this hotel based on our experience there. All in all we really liked Kos.

We stayed for 9 nights at the hotel and were super impressed and happy with our stay! Location: Hotel itself is on a quiet peaceful area up a side street from the main road leading into Kos Town. We often did the walk into the main old town which took around 40mins (which in 30° heat in the day was a challenge but much nicer in the cooler evenings). We rented bikes for 2 of the days and found this was a much better use of transportation. Bus service is available but times unreliable and often it was full by the time it passed our stop. We used a taxi once and waited 30mins for it to arrive to hotel and coming back was more than 70min wait… please bear this is mind. Rooms: Nice rooms with mini fridge, tv, aircon, rain shower, and lots of storage space. Only negative for me was the hairdryer in the room as it was fairly weak and has no temperature settings so it can get very hot very quickly- be mindful with young children or older adults who may be sensitive to this. Our rooms were cleaned expertly with sheets and fresh towels as well. The cleaning team were lovely and often said hello every morning. Food: Breakfast was the same daily but lots of choices! Hot food enough for a full english, crepes, pancakes and waffles, meats & cheeses, fruit, could make yourself a fresh yoghurt bowl. Dinner was also very nice and we didn’t have the same thing twice staying for 9 nights. We had asian bao buns, gyozas, noodles, greek, tex mex, and classic dishes. It is buffet style but not like in larger hotels where there is so much choice things get all congealed. All food was replenished often and kept it nice and fresh. Definitely 10/10 for the cuisine. Also note, as of our trip in June 2026, the men must wear long trousers at dinner rule seems to be more relaxed as my partner wore nice smart casual shorts and this was suitable. Pool: Very large pool and always super clean. Beds were never an issue, we came down at varying times of the day and could always find a bed. Also a taverna which serves lunch options and drinks throughout the day. Some were a little pricey- €8.80 for a frappe which was at most €4 in the town. Entertainment: In the evenings from 21:00 music was played and a “show” was on from around 21:30. We had a magic show, bingo, movie quiz, cuban dancers, traditional greek dancers. Generally it was ok although I do think there is a lack of “atmosphere” in the evening. As a young couple, we often headed to the town for some more nightlife. Same with around the pool in the day time, there are activities to get involved in such as water polo, darts, mini golf, etc but apart from that the pool area was very quiet. I think the entertainment team do a fabulous job of getting people involved and being welcoming for the activities but maybe it’s just because the hotel seems to have an older clientele, it is difficult to build that sense of fun. Outside of the hotel: In Kos Town there are lots of things to explore. We walked the marina at night to admire the boats, visited the Asclepeion, Roman Odeon and other historical sites, and enjoyed a beach bar. Would definitely recommend hiring bikes (€5-€8 per bike) for a couple days and having a look round! There is a shop a 10min walk from the hotel for waters and snacks if you can’t find anything in the hotel’s mini market. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel and Kos in general. We will definitely return!

Beautiful hotel. The spacious pool areas are great. We always had sunbeds available. The food in this hotel is the best we have had so far in hotels. Fresh, full of taste and a lot variety. In this hotel we found peace but also a lot of activities. We enjoyed a lot the way Fredo and Curtis guided us on the activities and made us want to stay more in the hotel even though we had a rental car. One tip: the minigolf track could use a maintenance as the court is not even anymore Overall great hotel and great holiday.

Arrived late and were given a beautiful plate of food, as we'd missed the dinner time. Lovely touch we were very impressed. Hotel staff really welcoming we were escorted to our room and given all the information we needed. The hotel was very clean, lovely grounds, brilliant pool and good entertainment. All the staff were smiling and so warm and helpful very friendly feel to the whole place. Amazing food too highly.

We have Just returned from having a lovely 10 days, Every part of the Hotel was Spotless the beds where the best we have ever slept in. The Entertainment wasn’t the best but that could be a personal choice. Never stayed at a hotel where we had the same sun beds every day no matter what time we went down. We never had to wait for a lift. The Restaurant we never had to wait for a table the food was cool at times but very nice. I do want to mention the restaurant staff NOTHING was to much trouble, there are two People I want to mention that is the Manager of the waiters and there staff I didn’t get her name she was so helpful and very friendly and Also a Waiter who’s name was THANOS on our first Visit he shown us to a table introduced himself shown us where we needed to go for our Food and Coffees and had to order a Tea, He greeted us ever time we sat down he made us feel special every day when we entered the restaurant a credit to the hotel. Slight problem getting water there is only one place in the Afternoon where we can purchase bottled water that was at the far end of the pool in the out door restaurant / Bar area. You could not purchase water or any type of drink from the small shop in the Hotel. What did spoil our perfect stay was when we checked out at the reception we paid our bar bill etc, the receptionist then said we haven’t paid our Room Tax which was 10 euros per night we told her we had paid she then became quite rude and sarcastic and said another Five times we had not paid and no matter how many times we told her she didn’t believe us and asked for a receipt then suddenly she found we had paid and blamed for the misunderstanding and not herself. She never apologised plus she could see my Wife was upset and she knew my Wife had medical problems too. Unfortunately I cannot remember her name she was wearing a different uniform.
