To start with the hotel is beautiful and very clean. The staff are very friendly and when we did have an issue they were more than accommodating and very helpful. However - the pools are all freezing (which we didn’t expect to be as bad as it was in September). This meant that although they looked fab and were very clean we didn’t get to use any while away. Even the kids pool is far too cold for small children. My son was shaking after 5 mins. Luckily the beach is beautiful and the sea is very warm so we spent our days there! If you want nice beds on the beach be aware you’ll have to be up early! Although there are signs everywhere saying you can’t reserve sun-beds, everyone does! This caught us out! Food is ok. Not 5 star in my opinion as very canteen like and not much variety. The Greek beach restaurant for lunch and dinner was lovely, but be prepared everything needs to be booked other than the main Buffett. So you can’t always get in. The Italian frustrated us as if you want any alcohol with your meal you have to pay, which is just ridiculous in an all inclusive hotel! Drinks are ok. But lots of extra charges on specific cocktails and brands. Wine comes out a pump and if you don’t like that one there is no other option unless you pay. Which was again frustrating in a supposedly 5 star hotel. Overall we had a nice time. But I would not return and think it’s more a 4 star than a 5!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful resort in Greece. The resort is absolutely stunning, with a very beautiful and well-maintained design. The restaurants are excellent and the food is really good, with plenty of delicious options. Our room was clean, comfortable and nicely decorated, and all the services were very good. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and really enjoyed our holiday. We would definitely recommend this resort to anyone looking for a beautiful place, great food and excellent service.
