The hotel is beautifully designed, and the rooms and bathrooms are modern. Its well located. Everything is very tidy and well maintained. The breakfast is fresh and delicious. Its a nice place for people seeking quietness.

Jet2 to Kos (Theros All Suites) between June and July 2025. During our stay a large group (approx. 30) arrived and essentially turned a tranquil and peaceful hotel into an 18/30s style fun fest. The management were lacking and did nothing to alleviate the pandemonium which ensued. The group were given the freedom to do as they pleased regardless and the General Manager encouraged the behaviours, which included intimidating other guests, us included. We complained and are still awaiting the outcome but have contacted the hotel several times now for information about their policies and procedures to comply with ABTA requirements, but have not had a response. (Typical given they did nothing about the pandemonium and intimidation we were subject to. We have now reported them to the Hellenica Data Protection Authority for not complying with a Subject Access Request for information as they have failed to respond. Jet2 were also less than helpful but offered a derisory £350 refund from a £6,500 holiday. Admitting the hotel failed in its provision but advising they do not have any control over the hotel even though it advertises Tranquil, quite, relaxing and “The Art of Slow Living” which it clearly is not. This is a nice hotel in a good location but be aware it is not tranquil and relaxing and the management and staff only care about themselves and not guests!

Booked a poolside room for two weeks of what we thought would be an idyllic peaceful holiday. Whilst the hotels facilities were lovely we were blighted by a group booking of circa 30 people celebrating a birthday. They took over the place (which is a relatively small hotel), were noisy and got preferential treatment in restaurants and bars etc. The hotel management were severely lacking. We complained many times to both the Hotel and Jet2 but things got worse when the group were advised we had complained. We were intimidated and felt threatened so spent most of our time away from the hotel for the week they were there. Jet2 whilst sympathetic have offered a refund of £350 from a £6500 holiday which is derisory to say the least. We are now going to ABTA although they are not independent as they are funded by the companies! So don't hold out much hope there. Just be warned if you complain at the hotel doesn't mean you will get treated any better by the tour operators. Given the attitude of both the hotel and Jet2 on this occasion I recommend staying clear this hotel as it seems a regular occurrence. Regrettably Jet2 which we expected would be more forthcoming on this accession they have let themselves down.
