Theros All Suite Hotel

We stayed at Theros All Suites as our honeymoon, and while we had a wonderful time there are some points of improvement. We have previously stayed at the neighbouring hotel, which was new last year, so knew the location suited us. Around a 40 min transfer from the airport, and a good flat walk into town, which we like to do of an evening. We stayed in a premium suite with a private pool. The room had everything you could need and was wonderfully private. Strangely the shower was fully open, which felt exposing to us. We like both sun and shade in the day, which without an umbrella made the sun loungers in the room not very usable when in full sun. We would also have expected a higher quality of cleaning, for the full week the patio wasn't swept, with plant debris left all over after some windy days, random items removed from the room and not replaced (cutlery etc.). The pool area was tranquil, with access to pool towels and a mix of sun loungers. Some weren't adjustable and didn't have an umbrella, making those we wanted to use quite limited. We got a lounger every day, but careful planning was needed to make sure we did. Upon departure we were asked to pay the tourist tax, which we would have expected upon arrival. Make sure you budget for this. Breakfast service was hit and miss, some days we sat down and were given menus and coffee orders taken immediately, some days we sat and waited a good while before asking to make an order, it was a little frustrating. We found the gym pretty unusable, there were large glass doors which were opened everyday, making it hot! I'm usure why there wouldn't be air con. It was very small, meaning if there were more than 4 people in there it was basically full. Overall the hotel is beautifully done, aesthetically decorated and a tranquil environment. The staff are friendly and inviting, we had high expectations given the price point and our comparison to the neighbouring hotel and do feel it fell short in some areas.

I spent one wonderful week at Theos Hotel on the beautiful island of Kos and had an absolutely fantastic experience. I stayed in Room 704, which featured access to a private pool shared with only three other villas. The atmosphere was peaceful, exclusive, and incredibly relaxing. It was the perfect place to unwind and enjoy a true vacation. The food was exceptional throughout my stay. The breakfast was modern, fresh, and offered a great variety of choices. Every meal was delicious, and I can honestly say that the lamb was the best I have ever eaten. The service was outstanding from start to finish. The staff were friendly, attentive, and professional, providing a genuine five-star experience. Room service was spectacular and always exceeded expectations. One of the highlights of my trip was renting a bicycle for the entire week. It made it easy and enjoyable to explore Kos Town and the surrounding areas at my own pace. I highly recommend this to anyone visiting the island. Overall, Theos Hotel exceeded all my expectations. Between the beautiful accommodations, incredible food, excellent service, and ideal location, it was one of the most relaxing vacations I have ever had. I would gladly return and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Kos. Thank you to the entire team for such a memorable stay.

The hotel is beautifully designed, and the rooms and bathrooms are modern. Its well located. Everything is very tidy and well maintained. The breakfast is fresh and delicious. Its a nice place for people seeking quietness.

Jet2 to Kos (Theros All Suites) between June and July 2025. During our stay a large group (approx. 30) arrived and essentially turned a tranquil and peaceful hotel into an 18/30s style fun fest. The management were lacking and did nothing to alleviate the pandemonium which ensued. The group were given the freedom to do as they pleased regardless and the General Manager encouraged the behaviours, which included intimidating other guests, us included. We complained and are still awaiting the outcome but have contacted the hotel several times now for information about their policies and procedures to comply with ABTA requirements, but have not had a response. (Typical given they did nothing about the pandemonium and intimidation we were subject to. We have now reported them to the Hellenica Data Protection Authority for not complying with a Subject Access Request for information as they have failed to respond. Jet2 were also less than helpful but offered a derisory £350 refund from a £6,500 holiday. Admitting the hotel failed in its provision but advising they do not have any control over the hotel even though it advertises Tranquil, quite, relaxing and “The Art of Slow Living” which it clearly is not. This is a nice hotel in a good location but be aware it is not tranquil and relaxing and the management and staff only care about themselves and not guests!

Booked a poolside room for two weeks of what we thought would be an idyllic peaceful holiday. Whilst the hotels facilities were lovely we were blighted by a group booking of circa 30 people celebrating a birthday. They took over the place (which is a relatively small hotel), were noisy and got preferential treatment in restaurants and bars etc. The hotel management were severely lacking. We complained many times to both the Hotel and Jet2 but things got worse when the group were advised we had complained. We were intimidated and felt threatened so spent most of our time away from the hotel for the week they were there. Jet2 whilst sympathetic have offered a refund of £350 from a £6500 holiday which is derisory to say the least. We are now going to ABTA although they are not independent as they are funded by the companies! So don't hold out much hope there. Just be warned if you complain at the hotel doesn't mean you will get treated any better by the tour operators. Given the attitude of both the hotel and Jet2 on this occasion I recommend staying clear this hotel as it seems a regular occurrence. Regrettably Jet2 which we expected would be more forthcoming on this accession they have let themselves down.
