A truly relaxing and enjoyable stay! The hotel offers the perfect atmosphere to unwind and recharge. A special mention goes to Aian, the bartender – incredibly friendly, attentive, and professional. His warm personality and excellent drinks made my stay even more enjoyable. Thank you for the great service!

PLEASE heed all the bad reviews of this hotel and don’t think people are just complaining and just moaning about every little thing, we read all the reviews and there is always a mixed bag, but sorry to say but it was all spot on. Everything about the hotel was aimed at German guests. They are rude and arrogant, and need to take control of their children and not allow them to run wild all over the hotel and pick food from the buffet, take a bite and put it back. Arrived at hotel around 12.30am and was greeted by a lovely man who checked us in and directed us to the bar area for food and a drink. The only thing we ate was the bread roll as the food was German inspired (the cheese was stuck to the plate and everything else was dry). The room was very clean, but the shower needs an overhaul. The beds are very hard and the sheets are very scratchy. There is no kettle with tea/coffee facilities, and no iron in the room. Now the food, there is no choice, same every morning, lunch and dinner time, and again is catered for the Germans. All inclusive it most definately is NOT ! The "cocktails" are only available between 6pm and 11pm. Don't even bother they are very poor. The wine and beer is available from 11am but is all watered down and again poor. The grounds of the hotel are beautiful and clean. The pool has a few sharp edges that scratched our feet. The TV only has one English Channel (BBC News). There is no entertainment of any sort, anytime of the day, not even music playing in the background. The hotel has some sun loungers on the beach but you have to pay €15 for 2 beds, per day. We came for 11 nights and have eaten out for 9 of them, if you like pork your in luck. The staff are friendly enough. Due to lack of no entertainment we went into Tigaki, but again it is very limited . This hotel is definitely not a 4* and should not be allowed to be sold as an All Inclusive.

The hotel is in a nice quiet location it’s just outside the village most likely 5 mins walk. the new block of the hotel is very modern, rooms are clean and bed are ok. Air con was amazing. It has 2 massive pools which were clean plenty of sun beds but get up early to reserve one otherwise they will be gone. The hotel mainly caters for German visitors so the food is a little German but it was good and tasty. You can only get beer and wine until 1800 which is a pain if you don’t like beer or wine. The only negative parts are the beer situation, you can buy a gin and tonic if you want other wise you have to wait till 1800, it’s beer or wine. The hotel seems to have very few staff which means there are cues for the bar sometimes and it caters mainly for German tourists. The bar closes at 2300 and you can’t get all inclusive drinks after that. If you want another drink you have to buy it. Sometimes however if they want they will service you after 11 but it depends what side of the bed the bar man got out of The staff seem very stretched and there don’t seem to be many of them so expect to que for the bar at busy times.
