Time to Smile Saline

Decent place to stay, in centre of resort and very handy for numerous Restaurants, Shops and Bars, about 10 mins stroll to the beach, bus stop outside to Kos town. Inside the staff are perfect for us, not over friendly, just polite and leave you to enjoy your stay, all speak good English, Pool is very nice, the nearby bar area you can get basic snacks and drinks, we saw very few using it though, free towels they provide are useful, the sunbeds are basic but ok, you have your breakfast here, it never changes, Eggs, Greek bacon, chipolata sausage, baked beans, that was your hot stuff, then cold ham cheese, little bit of cake and biscuits,,that was about it, but hey it was tasty enough. Now the room, plenty big enough, bathroom needed upgrade though, shower head constantly falling off socket with water everywhere, and shower curtain useless, TV no English channels but no issue for us, distinct drain smell every so often from bathroom area but wasn't that bad just found it a bit strange? Slept well, though beds a but hard but with Aircon slept really well, paid for safety box 20 Euro , bizarrely every time you opened it you had to get a master key from Reception as well?? As 2 keys to open?? Annoying when they often went awol from their desk! Summing up Hotel needs upgrading and modernising, and finally the Room cleaning? In a weeks stay they cleaned once! When you can't flush paper in the toilet that is unacceptable and must be addressed by the owner.

The hotel is lovely, staff are nice,breakfast is very basic so didn’t bother with it. Pool area is relaxing and quiet. Cleaning isn’t done regularly which is not good when bins are not emptied for days especially as you can’t flush toilet paper.

We spend a fine and easy weeks holiday here. The place was clean, the room ( family) was specious with everything. the staff are great, really cannot fault it on value for money.Breakfast had coffe juice, cheese/ham egs and the rest, all quite decent.

Nice well-equipped aparthotel with a full sized fridge/freezer & oven in the room if you wanted to self cater (we didn’t). There are lots of nice restaurants within walking distance. A basic breakfast is included in your stay - served by a really genuinely friendly guy. The pool area is spotless and pool towels are thoughtfully provided. Our room was clean on our arrival (Saturday) and was cleaned again on the Monday. It was not however cleaned again until the Friday (the day before our departure). I queried the cleaning schedule and was told the rooms are cleaned every three days. Personally I don’t think this is often enough seeing that the hotel expects you to dispose of your toilet paper in the waste bin provided. I feel this should be emptied daily (inline with other Greek hotels we have stayed in). The only other negative is that the hotel reception area has no air conditioning nor fans so it is unbearably hot whilst waiting for airport pickup. We did ask the receptionist if we could pay to keep our (air conditioned) room a couple of hours longer, and was given the impression that this was definitely possible, but was later told by the hotel manager that this was definitely not possible. :(

Rooms are basic, have everything you need and are immaculately clean. Excellent free WiFi. Staff are attentive and friendly. Breakfast was disappointing. Towels supplied for pool area. Atmosphere around the pool could improve ie music.
