TUI BLUE Oceanis Beach Resort & Spa

Lovely hotel, great staff, as expected of a TUI Blu hotel. Can’t fault it to be honest, wish we had booked a villa, or something above the standard room, but that’s on us. Saying that, nothing wrong at all with the standard rooms. Would certainly return.

It was a wonderful holiday, and I had a great time. The hotel is very lovely, with rooms cleaned daily. The food was delicious and varied, and the a la carte restaurants were excellent. The staff was always friendly and helpful. Great evening entertainment as well, live concerts, quizzes, and silent disco. Special thanks to the best entertainment team: Melissa, Eryn, M., and Maz!

We stayed for 11 nights from 09 - 20 September. I have to say that the hotel had all the characteristics that I look for in a place to stay. The reception staff was very welcoming. The junior suite surpassed our expectations and I would recommend upgrading to one with a Seaview as the view of the sunrise is one to die for. The food in the main restaurant was varied and among the many choices available, there was always two or three dishes that I could choose from. I would recommend dining in one of the Ala carte restaurant. The public facilities areas were well kept and very clear with a seemingly invisible army of cleaners and staff tidying up all the time. The staff were a credit to the hotel, so polite, helpful and the majority always had a smile on their faces. Too many to name but one of the names that stood out was Poppa who worked in the pool bar. We did tip a few that we dealt with daily and wished that as in many hotels that we have stayed in there had been a central location to leave a tip for all staff as I feel that they all deserved on. It was a well done on the entertainment, the animation staff were excellent and friendly and not as stuck up as some at other locations. Stand out performance were the South African Tenors, Michael Jackson tribute and the animators show. The only negative that I had and this had nothing to do with the hotel was our excursion to see the volcano island 11 hours long from pick up to drop off with barely an hour at the volcano. Too long for me but may may appeal to some. I would recommend this resort and we will certainly be returning again.

Stayed at the Oceanus from 9th September 2026 .this is a beautiful hotel in amazing location .the food was wonderful and staff really friendly and helpful .i would highly recommend this hotel.there are plenty of sun beds wether around pool on grass or beach .the entertainment at night was really good would definitely stay here again

Had a fantastic couple of weeks at this excellent hotel Room was superb with its own pool. The food and drink was excellent. The specialty restaurants took the standards to a higher level Entertainment was great..the best being the 3 South African Tenors Lovely grounds to walk around Immaculately clean beach. The staff make this place so good...all very helpful and smiling. Our 2nd visit certainly did not disappoint. Amazing sunrise and sunset We will be booking up again soon!
