Everything was great for the price. The staff are very nice and professional, and the beach is beautiful and well organized. There is also a great animation team that encourages guests to join various activities such as darts, volleyball, and more. The only things the hotel could improve are the quality of the alcoholic drinks and adding plain yogurt to the lunch and dinner buffet (as a dressing option). As a yoga lover, I would also suggest improving the yoga sessions offered by the animation team. Thank you Utopia blu hotel resort for a nice stay

i had a very pleasant stay at utopia bleu ressort . the hotel offers stunnig views that truly make the experience speacial, espacially the sea and suroundig landscapes, which are perfect for relaxation and photos. the reception staff are welcoming and professional, and the hotel is well organized . a special thanks to the animation team for thier great energy and fun activities, which made the stay even more enjoyable. i would definitely recommend yhis hotel.

We had an unforgettable vacation at Utopia Blue. Although it was October, we were very lucky with the weather. In short, I can say that this is a wonderful hotel with its advantages and disadvantages. Cleanliness: “+” The entire hotel grounds are very well maintained, from the rooms to the gardens. This is very rare! Bravo to the cleaning department. Food: “+” A wide variety of dishes, high-quality taste, which is rare in all-inclusive hotels. Bars: “+” Many different drinks and very tasty, but some of them are extra charge. “-” The orange juice at the bar was of poorer quality than in the a la carte restaurants, and we also get dirty glasses a couple of times. “-” Insufficient staff at the Meraki bar. We had to wait a long time for our order. !!! I think that when there is a large flow of guests, such as during lunch or in the evening, there should be more staff. Or maybe it's better to make the bar bigger and put more bartenders behind the bar instead of waiters so that guests can take their own drinks. After all, this is not a problem for a 4* hotel. A la carte: "+" There are two restaurants on site: Il Brunello (Italian) and Elia (Mediterranean). The food is amazing, bravo to the chefs. I highly recommend visiting both restaurants, although in my opinion Elia is more relaxed as it is smaller and for adults only. “-” We didn't really like one incident at the Mediterranean restaurant. We wanted to order wine, but since we don't know much about Greek wines, we asked the waitress (a blonde lady with an Eastern European accent) what she could recommend based on certain criteria that we prefer. She said she would check and went to look it up on her phone. Then she brought us wine that did not meet our requirements at all. We could have checked it ourselves on our phone. !!! I always thought that in a la carte restaurants should work highly professional staff with sufficient knowledge and experience, especially since the wines are not cheap. Entertainment: “+” Highly professional team of entertainers, singers, dancers, fitness trainers, who create an incredible atmosphere for different age groups. “-” In my opinion, the music was very loud and could be heard in other parts of the hotel or even outside. Beach: “+” The beach is quite far from the hotel, but the hotel minibus runs several times a day. “-” Needs improvement. Compared to other beach bars, Utopia blue beach looks poor. To sum up, the hotel deserves the highest recommendation. You are greeted, given welcome drinks, given a tour around the hotel, constantly asked “is everything okay” “was the food good” and reminded to visit the a la carte restaurants. You feel cared for at every turn and that is IMPORTANT!!!

We arrived late into the evening which mean we went straight to bed. After a good lights test we woke to see our swim up room and what that meant. We had a private terrace around a very quiet adults only pool. We could hear the music from the other pools hit it was a distant hum nothing else. We both enjoyed having our own space and decided if each of us wanted to go inside or be outside without being apart from each other. I have been to many places I the world but this was the most relaxing holiday I have ever had. The food was excellent and well prepared. I could not fault this resort. If I was picky; I would have this in the beach but other than that it’s stunning xx

I think this type of All Inclusive is not for us. Maybe unlucky as end of season. The room was ok, fairly basic with no toiletries or anything special. Disappointed with the swim up concept as previously in other hotels we have been to, this has given us a private terrace with some privacy, where as here, people could walk past quite close to your room and sunbeds. It felt more like rooms around a pool rather than a swim up room. For example - People playing ball right outside your room. The bed was comfortable and the air-conditioning was effective. Towels and bedding not changed during our stay and lots of dust/hair etc on skirting boards etc. The food and drinks included were horrible, poor quality and tasteless. Always cold food, even when of the grill. It felt like being in a canteen, metal chairs dragged passed to put tables together for people, really noisy. We did not enjoy any of the food. We ate out for our last few nights. The grounds were lovely and very well maintained. We did have an issue with reception, very 'jobs worth'. We had booked via email with the hotel and had confirmation of extending our room with a late check out. They would not allow this and we could not confirm until the evening before departure. Even though most of the rooms around us were empty as end of season. I understand, during peak season this could be an issue. Nice area although lots shut for the season end. Great excursion to Nysirros and went on local bus to Kos town which was good. Lovely to see the flamingos on the salt lake close to hotel. It took us a while to navigate hotel as no information, nothing about local area. We did download the app, but information on that was basic.
