Utopia Blu

Had the best time away! The entertainment team really made our experience 10x better especially Ryan! He was amazing and very welcoming everyday getting us involved in all the different activities :)

Everything about the utopia blu 10 day stay was all we could have hoped for. Swim up room and terrace provided the perfect raising time during the day and the animation team entertained us in the evenings with their amazing shows. Extra shout out for the Michael Jackson and legends tribute nights - dancers and singers were outstanding and really engaged with the audience. Staff everywhere were helpful, smiling and made an effort to get to know you, which made it super comfortable as guests. We have literally no faults !!

Having just returned from our third visit to the Utopia Blu, this visit didn’t disappoint. The hotel as always was stunning! The room we were allocated (1063) was incredible… walk in hot tub in the balcony! Manos remembered us which was a lovely touch! But the entertainment team were amazing as they always are! They are so friendly, so fun, not too much and just have fun with you! During our first week, some new members of the entertainment team joined and they took to it like ducks to water! Ryan, in particular, landed and 2 hours later was performing incredibly. He was great fun, took time to come and have a friendly chat in the mornings, shared stories with us about his travels and just was a brilliant addition to that team. The whole team are the best. Thank you Jerry and Jen and apologies for gatecrashing your Saturday night post show meeting, though I secretly loved that I did! See you next year guys!!!!!

I'm usually not one for animation but the experience that the team delivers here under the lead of the more than talented Jery Rogliano (who's Michael Jackson show will have you feeling the king of pop himself came back from the dead) Is nothing short of amazing! Kiki also deserves a special mention in my book for how wonderfull she is with the children.

Hotel was lovely, the gardens were superb and lots of pools to choose from. We had a Jnr suite with a private pool and we spent a lot of time in our pool as it was so lovely. The bus to the beach was on time and only took a couple of minutes. Water is available upon arrival at the beach. We tried snorkeling but didnt see one fish! The food was good, we ate on the al la carte Italian twice and the food was good both times. Breakfast selection was good as was lunch and dinner. There was a different theme at dinner each night so the offering changed but the core food was the same each night. Drinks service at breakfast, lunch, dinner and the bar was quick. We had a crepe for lunch and this was ok, a bit bland. We went back and a 2nd time and the queue was huge so we left. We watched the evening entertainment a few times and it was very good. All staff were helpful and pleasant.
