Aiora Aqua Resort

What a shame! I don’t want to share my negative at the start of this review. So the positives.. Staff - absolutely fantastic! I have to say the most friendliest, engaging and warm welcoming I have ever received in any hotel 🥰 just brilliant. Food - we would normally go out of resort 2-3 times when in an all inclusive due to food quality, choice etc. The food at this resort is very very good! We only ate outside on one evening and that was a celebration for our Anniversary. Not huge choices of mediocre food choice but quality dishes every evening. Now the down side for us, our room was very poor in relation to the resort. I feel I was mislead by TUI and the hotel website by what a standard room was like. Even the hotel website doesn’t show the standard of room we were given. When raising the fact we weren’t happy with the room after an ant infestation we were quoted €100 per day to upgrade!!! Crazy! Location - the hotel is located on the edge of Lardos and a little remote. There is minimal choice of restaurants locally. The beach in Lardos is not the best and found Pefkos (a 5 min trip on bus) so much nicer as sand v pebble. Shame about the room as staff and hotel very very good and would definitely recommend.

We’ve just come back from a fabulous week stay at Aiora , we loved every minute of it … A massive shoutout to the legend that is Mo, he is an absolute asset to the Hotel, All the animation team work hard in entertaining the guests from morning until night, they really did make our holiday one to remember…. The hotel it’s self is beautiful too, clean and modern… The food and drink was a very high standard too .. We would most definitely revisit .. We wish all the animation team all the luck in their future adventures… This one is for Mo ..”sithee”.

We had a lovely relaxing holiday. The accommodation was clean, comfortable and welcoming. All the staff work really hard and are so friendly, a special mention to Mo, Tommy and the entertainment team! The evening shows are really good, both for adults and children. The food is fresh and varied and particularly enjoyed the pizzas at lunchtime. There are bus stop’s outside the hotel which makes visiting places both day and evening really accessible. If you fancy a beach day the best, closest beach is Pefkos, 10 minutes by bus at €2.20 each way or €10 taxi. We would definitely stay again for a week of rest and relaxation.

This is my first time at this Hotel & first time in Greece, I am still currently here as our flight is not until late this evening, I can honestly say as I have been to alot of places & all inclusive, that this has to be at the top of my list, already planning for next year, 100% honest review Upon arrival greeted by a wonderful man on reception he was very funny also but very warm welcome me & my partner had, easy checking in & information provided, we were then greeted by another great yound man who took us in one of those buggy carts to our room & gave us a little tour on the way Arriving at our room was great, the room is a perfect size very modern & spotless, as we arrived late we had a sandwich and fruit in our fridge with a bottle of water, the bed is very comfortable, shower great & seperate toilet, the terrace was gorgeous as we had a junior suit with shared pool but we mostly had it to ourselves as nobody joined in, but it was gorgeous, there is no sun loungers on the terrace just a big double sunbed which is big enough & very comfortable, plenty of coffee tea bags fruit tea in the room & the fridge is great keeps things very cold which is the best we've had in an all inclusive room. The hotel & grounds are so clean very spotless also the hotel itself is beautiful very modern, entertainment is good bar in the evening is good fun & drinks are good also again best I've had in an all inclusive Food i thought was also the best I've had from an AL resort, very flavoursome and even though there is not a massive selection there was enough & different everyday, this was the same with lunch & breakfast. The supermarket on site is good very good prices, there is a crepe place also which we loved very reasonable prices too, there is a few shops & food places a few minutes up the road other than that not much, but we got a taxi from reception into lindos which was €19 each way and you get a receipt with taxi number & price so they dont catch you out, Lindos 15 min drive was beautiful the scenery in the way & getting into Lindos was just beautiful so many shops & places to eat & get drinks absolutely loved it, we visited the Acropolis €20 per person & so worth it, we loved every second. The place overall is fantastic & deffo would 100% return.

We had a wonderful stay and really enjoyed our holiday :) The hotel is surrounded by a beautiful garden, the food was very tasty, and there was a buffet for children every day. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming, but what really made our stay special were the two animators, MO and Tommy. They created such a great atmosphere and made every day more enjoyable. Their approach to children was fantastic, the activities were great, and the evening entertainment was always fun. We honestly cannot imagine our holiday without them. From time to time, you may see some ants, but since the hotel is located in a garden, this is completely understandable. Thank you once again for a fantastic stay. We would be very happy to come back!
