We stayed at this hotel 4 years ago and it was lovely could not say that now. I have a big birthday coming up and we took our children and grandson for a week. In arriving we were given the 3 rooms we had booked 2 sea view and a family room. It was late when we arrived and had travelled all day so we were exhausted. My daughter booked a sea view room but it was small so she and her partner and child moved into the annex in the family room. When they got in the room was filthy with ants crawling all over it, filthy floors and bed linen, my daughter is also 7 weeks pregnant. They went to reception to ask to be moved or cleaned and was told there was no cleaning until the following day and they couldn’t be moved as this was the room we had booked. At the very least you would expect a clean room. My daughters partner returned to the room to t try and make do, then the air conditioning started leaking with water pouring out so he went back to reception and were told someone would be out to fix it. Someone came out and was in the room until 3am trying to fix it but didn’t. I went to the reception the following morning to ask for them to be moved only to be told by a very stern faced, unhelpful and unsympathetic woman that they would not be moved. I went to see the TUI representative who noted everything down but could not offer a solution either. She did tell us however there was a bug and to be cautious. That was on Monday by Tuesday myself my husband and my son where very ill. We did not move from the room at all on the Wednesday. On the Thursday my daughter and her partner were will. I wanted to come home. The hotel had hand sanitizer stations by the restaurant and lifts and that was it. The hotel smelled of vomit and sewerage it was awful. The towels and bedding were grey not white and stained. We suffered from stomach cramps for days after. This is at the very best a 3 star hotel and should not be listed as 5 star. Cleaning service is inadequate and needs to be doubled. I was also very concerned that TUI are not warning their customers about this outbreak and letting people be really ill. We have asked them questions that we are waiting for them to reply. I would not recommend anyone to go to this hotel until there standards vastly improve. Everyone we spoke to had been ill and you could see people being sick it was awful. Please avoid at all costs.

Not what you would expect from a 5-star hotel. We finally Found time for all of the family to go on vacation together and we arrived at the hotel for a week-long family holiday. We stayed here four years ago and were very happy with our experience. This time, however, it was a completely different story. The service was terrible, and the housekeeping was even worse. We had stains on our pillowcases. After a few days, I went down to reception and asked them to change the bedding. Instead, they simply turned the pillow over and put on a duvet cover that was far too small. They also never took away the dirty glasses or replaced them with clean ones, even though we gathered all the dirty glasses together and left them out for the staff. The bathrooms were not cleaned at all during the week we stayed. My daughter also suffered from itching throughout the entire week, which made the stay even more uncomfortable. The staff working in the restaurant and at the beach bar seemed more interested in talking to each other than serving the guests. The food was okay, but everything tasted the same. The drinks were also watered down and did not taste good at all. Two out of the four of us became sick with a stomach bug and fever on the day we travelled home. You also need to allow plenty of time, as the elevators took forever and there are no stairs available. The toilets in the common areas also offered very little privacy, and you were lucky if you could find one with a working lock. The beach was okay, although the sun loungers were worn and in need of replacement. The rooms would have been perfectly fine if they had actually been clean.

Could be a lovely hotel with lots of facilities and good food but there is an ongoing sick bug which the hotel staff do not seem to be doing much to alleviate. Was there for 4 nights then 3 with a tour of the islands in between. Caught the bug twice and was very ill. Dont go there.

6 people, 3 rooms, 2 per room and all 6 came down with a sickness bug within days of arriving. The whole hotel has an issue with a sickness bug, grown adults throwing up in corridors as the bug is so severe they just cant hold it. Cleanliness is non-existant, had a used glass in my room for 6 days now with a spoon in it and still not replaced, room floors not cleaned and for 4 days our bedding was not changed despite clear stains on them and even when changed the new ones were stained, so no surprise that most guests have been hit with this bug. People saying that the food is good have clearly never eaten before. The food is bland and repetitive, with most out of a can rather than cooked fresh. Even the fruit in the morning is out of a can! 5-star??? Not even 1 star imo, stay away!
