Atlantica Dreams Resort

Sensatori, Rhodes We’ve just returned from a holiday at TUI BLUE Atlantica Dreams Sensatori in Rhodes, and I thought I’d share our experience. The good bits first: The hotel is very nice, with beautiful, well-maintained grounds. Everywhere, both inside and outside, was spotless. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and the food was excellent, with plenty to enjoy. The downsides: We visited in October, so the evenings were cooler, with a few showers. Unfortunately, this meant it wasn’t always warm enough to sit outside in the evenings. We also felt there weren’t enough seating areas indoors, which meant the hotel could become very busy and noisy, particularly in the evenings. The hotel advertises adults-only areas, but we felt these were quite limited. There is an adults-only pool, but in the evenings, the adults-only seating areas are outside. With the cooler October weather and occasional rain, this wasn’t ideal. The lobby bar was not relaxing children running around lots of noise and the music was very loud and you couldn’t have a real conversation Families should have a nice indoor area with music where they can enjoy and not worry with children running round low tables full of glasses Overall, the hotel is lovely, the staff are fantastic, and the food is excellent. However, the lack of indoor seating and limited adults-only areas did affect our experience, especially during the evenings. I think the time of year you visit makes a real difference to how much you enjoy your stay.

This is our 3rd visit to Atlantica dreams Rhodes and it did not disappoint. As pervious visits the accommodation is excellent, clean and very modern, views were fantastic from room and spacious with sunbeds on veranda. The hotel itself self is designed with great care and I feel would appeal to couples and families. We enjoyed the adult only areas but non of the pools were overcrowded. Restaurants were excellent as were snacks and drinks throughout the day. We hired a car and visited Rhodes old town and Lindos. Staff could not be more accommodating - we will definitely be returning

Sensatori Atlantica Dreams in Rhodes

We have just returned from our fifth visit to this wonderful hotel. Everything - the accommodation, food, drinks and entertainment tick every box for us, my wife also loves the spa and looks forward to her treatment there every time we go. We are always impressed by all the staff throughout the resort who carry out their duties with a perfect balance of warm friendliness and professionalism. The management also carry out their role in a very "hands on" manner and can always be seen around the resort interacting with both staff and guests. Another wonderful holiday. Thank you to the whole team at Atlantica Dreams who once again made it so special.

This feels a little harsh to review however i feel its necessary. We stayed in another hotel but due to thunderstorms we were delayed and were put here as alternative accommodation for one night. Once we got back to the room which was a swim up family room and all settled i nodded off just to hear my fiancé scream around 20 minutes later saying there was something in the room moving on the desk . I opened the cupboard where the fridge was to find a rat. We rang reception and to be fair someone came straight away to help search and remove it. He saw it after we flipped the bed and we both spent around 90 mins trying to remove it. We thought it had left through the patio doorsas we had turned the room inside out. He offered a alternative room however it was 2am and our transfer was 4.30am so by the time we would get packed it would be time to leave. We had already moved into the separate room at this stage and locked the door where the rat was. A manager came and asked if we wanted to move and then rang another time but by the time the call had came it was around 3:30am. Around 3:45am i heard a noise in the next room and saw the rat still there sat on the television on the wall. It must've been behind it in a cavity. When we packed to leave we found a rat dropping in the bathroom, we also discovered it had ben eating the clingfilmed food the staff left for us (we hadn't eaten any and had asked the staff to remove this when they came to help. The Staff were great and let us use the Buffet even though we were bed and breakfast only. And they couldn't have offered more help. The night porter had me sign his document saying he had helped which i was more than happy to do as he did everything possible. Its a shame as we had actually considered booking this hotel before we came to Rhodes (we were torn between this one and the one we picked) but obviously this has massively put us off.
