Good points; The place looks lovely, the rooms are nice with air con and if you pay for Deluxe then your minibar is restocked for free each day. The pools are nice, a good temperature and clean. The food at the restaurants is nice enough, especially for being all inclusive, lots of selections. The staff are all friendly and helpful. On your last day if your airport transfer is late in the day you can get access to a room for an hour to shower after using the pool. Bad points; None of the restrooms had baby changing facilities in the entire hotel. The kids activities are a bit meh. There's a football academy, a mediocre water park where most of us cut our feet and shins on the bottom, a small play park and some entertainment for tiny tots. It all reminded us of a 90's holiday to Butlins but on a smaller scale. For afternoon snacking there's a noodle bar but every time the guy got our order wrong, and no matter what we asked for it would have chicken in it. I could see he wasn't adding it separately so it was either leftover in the wok or somehow mixed in with the noodles. The locks on the doors don't work unless you slam them, so often we'd come back after roomkeeping had been to find out door ajar. All in all it's ok, but not a 5 star resort.

A truly lovely holiday, on arrival the check- in was swift and reception staff were very friendly and professional We had booked 3 Deluxe rooms with balconies, we were a party of 11, including 4 children, our rooms were very nice, mini fridge was well stocked, I especially liked the spacious bathroom, a bath with a shower over and a separate walk in shower, very pleased with the bath robes & slippers Ionnna & Sofia at The Cosmopolitan were really lovely and welcoming, a special mention for Marvin who was always polite and smiling We always enjoyed the breakfast here, always hot, nice & relaxed, but the dinner meals unfortunately the temperature of the food served wasnt good, they were lukewarm, it happened several times so we decided our evening meal would be at the Olive buffet which served so many dishes of food it was brilliant, excellent choices and the food was hot, the kids enjoyed there own buffet section, just a lot louder but we were fine, it was run efficiently by Stavros and his team The snack bar was great too, lovely pizzas ! Debbie at the food truck was highly enthusiastic & we loved her energy, such a lovely positive lady, food was yummy too ! Pools were cold, but the sun was out & we went in & enjoyed anyway!! The HV entertainment staff work tirelessly day & night to provide a high energy holiday experience, they were absolutely amazing and my grandchildren loved it, especially PTY ! Well done !!! The activity pool provided fun, fab games & we all enjoyed taking part, the foam party was the best We ate at the Italian La Trattoria as our first a la carte & it was absolutely delicious, my favourite meal by far, Kostas was really lovely & Bernie was excellent at keeping our table clean & drinks topped up We also did the Kuzina, food was nice, polite & friendly staff We also did the Stars & Stripes, the nachos & dip, buffalo chicken wings were really good but my main meal was a massive let down, the ribs were awful Staff members Alex & Gabrielle were really nice We were lucky to be there the night the new sports bar opened, its stylish & exactly what's needed if you want a drink, play pool & watch the football, Anton & Clements were fantastic bartenders, they both have good energy & were a good laugh but professional at the same time TUI reps were very friendly & assisted me with an issue whilst I was there, which I was grateful for Lastly I have to give a special mention to all of the staff members who work alongside the senior members of staff, these gentlemen are happy to oblige in any form, bringing up your luggage, driving you in the golf buggy, waiting tables, they also work very hard & are always smiling I would definitely return

This hotel is ideal for families and there is plenty to occupy children, especially on the Activities area. I came with my wife, son, daughter in law & 4 year old granddaughter and we stayed in 2 apartments in the Deluxe area. Both rooms were very spacious with a view over the pool. Daily service of the rooms was generally very good but we were missed on one day. The reception staff were always very helpful & the few issues we had were resolved fully & quickly. My one complaint about Deluxe was the lack of a convenient bar after 6 pm, a visit to activity was required where there was a reasonable choice but at least the buggy service was very good. Having complained about the evening bar, during the day Demetris in the Orange Pool bar was very helpful & deserves full recognition for his cheerful attitude. The Cosmopolitan restaurant at Deluxe was very good for breakfast & evening meal with themed dinners every night. Special thanks again must go to Ioanna and Sofia for their excellent & friendly service. The other restaurants were also good & we ate in all 3 although only 2 were scheduled in our package, the other one was complimentary after only having lukewarm warm water on 2 nights. The Italian & Greek restaurants were very good but the service in the Stars & Stripes diner was a little slow due to new staff training. The evening entertainment was all based in the Activity part of the resort but that was never a problem getting there either by the buggies or the subway. The first part was all directed at children but the later acts were enjoyable for both children & adults. There are numerous pools throughout all the areas including an indoor pool at the spa & a heated pool by the kids club. The splash zone was also good with slides suitable for most ages. Overall we had a really great stay here & would definitely come again if we were traveling with children.

Absolutely stunning hotel and so family friendly! Make sure you go to the pool bar at the relax area, Anton makes the best cocktails and the service is amazing!

Stayed here recently as part of a family group of adults and older teens and while there were definitely some positives, overall we left disappointed and felt the resort did not come anywhere near the 5-star standard it is marketed and priced as. One of the most concerning issues throughout the stay was the food labelling. We repeatedly found dishes labelled as vegan while simultaneously listing milk, fish or egg allergens, including items we specifically raised with staff that were then put back out with the same incorrect labels. This is a serious issue for anyone with allergies or dietary requirements and made it very difficult to trust the food offering. Food overall was one of the biggest let-downs. Honestly, the buffet food was 3-star at best, repetitive, basic in quality and lacking the variety and feature cooking stations you would normally expect even in many 3 or 4-star all-inclusive hotels. Despite themed evenings being advertised, there was no real sense of themed dining at all, with very little changing from night to night. The buffet area itself also felt too small and hectic for the size of the resort, and food was often not replenished properly, with multiple items running out completely more than half an hour before service ended. The American diner was also underwhelming. We had wanted to try the Italian restaurant during our stay, however for the first few days we were told it was closed, and by the time it finally appeared properly on the app it was fully booked for the remainder of the trip. Drinks quality was also disappointing. Many cocktails and soft drinks were made from machines and tasted artificial, overly synthetic and unpleasant. Several members of our group actually felt nauseous after drinking some of them. We only later discovered some drinks could be made fresh on request, which improved things slightly. There was also nowhere during the day to get a proper fresh coffee, which became increasingly frustrating over the course of the week. The resort also clearly was not fully operational during a large part of our stay, which was extremely disappointing considering the price paid. A number of advertised facilities were either closed, unfinished or not functioning properly for nearly half the week. The noodle bar did not open until the Monday despite us arriving on the Friday, the Deluxe/Paaru adults-only bar appeared closed for several days, and the Irish bar was still visibly being renovated until around the Tuesday. This was especially frustrating because the Irish bar had been advertised as the main indoor venue for live sports and evening entertainment. As it was unavailable, we ended up having to venture outside the resort and spend additional money elsewhere in order to watch major live games during our stay. It also meant that during the cold and rainy weather at the beginning of the holiday there was effectively nowhere comfortable indoors to sit and relax in the evenings, which was particularly disappointing given we had elderly parents travelling with us and had specifically considered indoor facilities when choosing the resort. The entertainment elsewhere in the resort was also obnoxiously loud to the point that it was impossible to enjoy dinner anywhere nearby without being overwhelmed by it. We actually ended up leaving the resort several evenings just to find somewhere quieter to eat and relax. Communication from staff was also poor at times. There was a lot of confusion around what facilities were open, how restaurant bookings worked, and where things were located around the resort. The app also didn’t function properly for bookings for much of the trip. We did raise our concerns with the hotel during the stay. While we appreciated the eventual offer of dinner at an alternative hotel, this was only offered on our final night by which point we had already made other plans. It also did not make up for the fact that several key facilities had been unavailable for a large portion of our holiday. The surrounding area around the hotel is also quite run down and half-built in places, which was disappointing compared to how the resort is presented online. That said, there were some positives. The landscaping around the resort is beautiful, with lovely greenery throughout, and there are plenty of pools plus a very good water park. There were also some standout staff members who really did their best to improve the experience, particularly Debbie, Jamie at the ice cream truck and Francis on the buggy, all of whom were fantastic throughout our stay. There were good elements to the holiday and the resort has potential, but at present it simply does not deliver the standard or experience you would reasonably expect from a 5 or even 4-star resort at this price point.
