Atrium Palace Thalasso Spa Resort and Villas

We had the most wonderful stay at Atrium Palace Thalasso Spa Resort & Villas in Lindos, and I honestly couldn't recommend it highly enough. I travelled with my two adult daughters, and as we only get the opportunity to go away together once a year, this holiday was particularly special to us. The hotel gave us exactly what we were looking for — quality time together in beautiful surroundings, with a real sense of peace, relaxation and sophistication. We had originally booked two rooms, but were absolutely delighted to be surprised with one of the hotel's Signature Villas with a private pool. It was simply perfect for us. The villa was in a quieter, more private part of the resort and, being closer to the beach, it suited us incredibly well. Having our own space and private pool gave us the perfect balance of spending time together while still having somewhere peaceful to relax. A special mention has to go to Gabriel, who was always there whenever we needed anything. He was incredibly helpful and attentive and really added to our experience. In fact, all of the staff were wonderful — from the waiters and restaurant managers to the housekeeping team and everyone we encountered around the resort. They were all so friendly, welcoming and genuinely happy to help. Nothing ever felt too much trouble, and that really makes a difference. We were all-inclusive during our stay and were particularly impressed with the quality and choice of food. The premium drinks were also included in our package, which was a lovely touch. Our villa was cleaned every day and the minibar was replenished daily with premium drinks, which made the whole experience feel very special. What we particularly loved about the Atrium Palace is that, although it is a family resort, it has a very calm and peaceful atmosphere with a lovely sense of sophistication. It isn't a party resort at all, which suited us perfectly. It felt elegant, relaxed and very comfortable. Lindos is also only around 10 minutes away by taxi, so it was very easy to visit when we wanted to explore or have a change of scenery. Sadly, I became unwell with sickness and diarrhoea on our final day before travelling home, which was obviously an unfortunate end to an otherwise fantastic holiday. However, I wouldn't want that to detract from what was genuinely an amazing experience for the three of us. We made some really special memories together and left feeling relaxed, happy and already talking about coming back. We would absolutely recommend the Atrium Palace to anyone looking for a peaceful, enjoyable and sophisticated holiday in Rhodes. We will definitely return in the near future — and having experienced the Signature Villa, I think we've been completely spoiled now and will definitely want to stay in one again! ❤️ Thank you to everyone at the Atrium Palace for making our holiday so special. We loved every minute.

Just returning home from our 5th visit to this beautiful 5* hotel & it lived up to its usual high standards with first class customer service from all saff members from housekeeping to management - special mention to Valentina for looking after us at breakfast & Beatrice for giving us such a warm welcome every year. Delicious food with so much choice & stunning well kept gardens & pools. Already looking forward to returning to this wonderful oasis next year which always feels like a home from home.

Thank you to the amazing staff that couldn’t do enough for us during our stay .

Well… it happened again. 😄 After years of exploring hotels all around the Aegean, we came back to this lovely spot for the 4th time — this time dragging friends along, because we'd raved about it so much that they wanted to see for themselves if it was really all true. "Four times the same resort?!?!" — I hear you. And honestly? There will most likely be a 5th time next year. Why we keep coming back: Despite travelling a lot, we've never found a place that masters every single discipline of running a hotel quite like this one. In fact, somewhere along the way, this resort quietly became our benchmark — every other hotel we visit gets measured against it. So far, none has come close. The obvious stuff first: - It's stunning. Those photos all over the internet? They don't lie. It's actually this nice. - Spotless everywhere — and the grounds are vast. Not a single corner neglected. - The food is exceptional. You can graze almost seamlessly from morning to night: à la carte ordering plus a buffet for seconds, a menu that changes daily and weekly, and a different theme every evening. It never gets repetitive — a rarity for resort dining. The real jewel: the people! Here's the core competence of this place, the thing that makes it truly special: the people. We'd been away for three years. We were recognised instantly. The team here has a rare gift — every encounter leaves you more connected than before. Not as a guest number. As a friend. As family. - Managers Savvas and Sotiris — always buzzing around the resort, checking in on everyone's wellbeing, asking for honest opinions, handing out recommendations and solving any request before it becomes a problem. - Giannis, our beloved head waiter — bold wine recommendations for the delicious food, a joke always ready, and a commitment to his craft driven purely by intrinsic motivation. I've seldom seen anyone love their job this much. - Lukas at his "beach office" — welcoming every single guest, mixing English with your native language, with an open ear for any topic and real local expertise (ask him about Captain Vasilis's boat trip — a must!). - The new animation team, Juan and Jekatarina — young, joyful, brilliant with the kids, and genuinely happy to chat or meet up even after their working day is done. - The bars and restaurants crew — a huge thank-you to Christos and Ioanna, Beatrice, Nikos (all grown up now! 😅), Gregoris, Antonia, Kiki, Vasilis and Vasilis, Viseris and so, so many more. And it's wonderful to see Natalia rightfully climbing the ranks — she's Captain now! The verdict: Some hotels you visit. This one you return to — again, and again, and again. Thank you for making this such a pleasant experience, every single time. See you (most probably)next year! Lea & Jens

We are now here for the 4th time, and it is absolutely wonderful every single time. For us, this hotel is always worth a trip. The entire team consists of lovely and attentive staff members who make the atmosphere so warm and family-friendly. As a representative example of the great team, we would especially like to thank: • Savas, Sotiris, and Natalia: These three perfectly embody the incredible hospitality of this hotel. • Lukas at the beach: He ensures perfect comfort by the sea during the day. • Christos: He is highly attentive and always keeps the drinks flowing. • Giannis: He continuously provided us with perfect food and exquisite wine in the evening. Thanks to this fantastic service, we experience a dream vacation here every single time. We will definitely be back! Jens & Lea
