Atrium Prestige

Our second visit to this wonderful hotel and it didn't disappoint. It is very rare for us to go to a hotel twice but we are already looking at booking again for a third time for next year. It is an oasis of calm and chill vibes with a great range of restaurants and cuisines to suit all tastes. The accommodation is extremely well equipped with a daily mini bar replenishment much appreciates (soft drinks, water, wine etc) and everywhere is spotless - our lovely housekeeper Aneta looked after us fabulously. The ability to order food and drinks from the convenience of your sun loungers by both pools and the beach just makes the experience even more relaxing. What makes this hotel stand out for us are the staff, who cannot do enough for you. We were warmly greeting on our arrival at midnight by Christos who remembered us from the previous year and food had been put out for us in our room. It was my husband's birthday while we were there and they went out of their way to make the day special - we were both blown away by their gestures. Front desk shout out to Fotos and Irina who looked after us so well and even provided us with an umbrella when we ventured out by car as the weather looked ominous that day! and we definitely needed it! It is the small touches of thoughtfulness that makes your stay so special. All the restaurants are fabulous with wonderful staff providing a very polished service but all the time thoughtful and friendly. Lachania headed by the amazing Jani who can speak numerous languages and runs the restaurant like a well oiled machine - he is never still for a moment - he is fabulous! Vasili and Georgiou in Grill Corner - the steaks are amazing! The main restaurant offers a fantastic choice of foods both at lunch and evening and we could see that they have extended the variety from last year (which was still extensive!). We were usually looked after at breakfast by lovely Elena and lunchtimes and evenings by the wonderful Penelope - again Penelope recognised us straightaway from last year which we were so touched by- she is definitely a favourite with guests with good reason - she has a lovely way with her, always remembers what you like to drink and when, has excellent wine recommendations and is attentive without it being intrusive - a rare quality. I could go on about how wonderful all the staff are but the best thing is to experience it for yourself - if you are reading this review and wondering whether this hotel is worth visiting .... it is - go and book it!! We hope to see you all again next September.

We had a fantastic stay from start to finish. The service was outstanding from day one with the staff consistently friendly, attentive and helpful throughout our stay. There was a great choice of food with plenty of variety and something to suit everyone. The quality was superb and we were impressed by the range of options available. The hotel’s facilities were also impressive and made the stay even more enjoyable. A particular highlight was the service and facilities available after check-out. This was a fantastic touch and allowed us to make the most of our final day without feeling rushed. We also enjoyed using the indoor pool and spa although we found the water to be quite salty. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would happily recommend this hotel. The combination of attentive service, great food and outstanding facilities made for a very enjoyable stay.

Arrived at midnight so missed the first day,so to have to pay for the room on the last day I didn’t agree with,The buffet was very mediocre,hot dog sausages overcooked scrambled and fried eggs at breakfast ECT,Do try the restaurants on the 9th floor,they are really good but you do have to book,The hotel is spotless and the staff are very accommodating but for the price we paid there’s better hotels out there.

Just wow. Currently at the airport waiting to go home. We were looking for a week of total relaxation, we got it. On arrival, the star of the resort ‘Agelos’ (I hope we have spelt this right) greeted us with his winning smile and genuine joy to welcome us to the hotel. Check in is quick and friendly, we arrived late and were taken to our room in the golf cart by Agelos - giving us a quick tour of the resort and we saw a wild deer!! So surreal to be Moet in hand on a golf cart looking at a deer! The rooms are suburb - clean and spacious. Massive walk in shower, big TV you can even log into Netflix which was lovely after a day of drinking and eating. The food. Wow. We couldn’t even come close to faulting the food in any way. We tried all the restaurants and can’t agree a favourite. The quality of the food is outstanding. We did the Lobster Night which was well worth the extra money. Lobster/Crawfish is one of my favourite flavours and this meal did not disappoint. The beach was a favourite for us - super comfortable deck chairs, hooks to hang your bags, ordering many many cocktails and food to the loungers via the app delivered by the hard working staff (thank you Krees (spelling) for showing us the pic of the water spout - very cool) - plenty of sun loungers, fresh clean towels, clear water - loved it. We had a day of rain so decided to go to the spa - the heated pool was a lovely touch, as we came end of season the pools are super cold. The gardens are phenomenally kept with hibiscus and bougainvillea everywhere - my favourite flowers. The sea views are stunning. If you have a sea view - top tip, wake up to watch the sunrise and do a timelapse on your phone!!! The staff here work tirelessly to make sure the visitors are well looked after. Alexandros the guest services manager was always walking about the property - very visible, chatting to guests. We used the texting service to ask a few questions about our reservations and lo and behold, that night at dinner Alexandros came to introduce himself at dinner. What a great guy. We met some lovely staff, in particular the amazing Agelos, Alexandros, Jani, Serxhina & Penelopi - thank you so much for taking such good care of us. If you don’t want to gain weight on holiday, do not come here. My jeans are tight! A top luxury hotel where they have thought about EVERYTHING. Thank you so much. We will return. Mark & Sam

We stayed for 8 nights at the Atrium in late September. From arrival to departure we enjoyed excellent levels of hospitality and service delivered by a dedicated and committed team . Rooms , Food and Beverage and Leisure facilities were all superb. Evening Entertainment was a little understated from a personal perspective , Overall we enjoyed a fantastic holiday and would definitely recommend this resort.
