We booked a room with a private pool for our anniversary for seven nights and while the room was nice and the food was good. We were unable to use our private pool due to it being prepped for repainting and they had ran out of paint so had decided to fill the pool back up for use even though the surface of the tiles were peeling and any contact with tiles resulted in a white sludge floating in the pool. Despite several complaints,multiple cleanings and being moved rooms the same issue persisted

We have just got back from a family holiday here and, unfortunately, our first impressions were not great. We arrived late at night with young children and the whole check-in process was a shambles. We were all given the wrong rooms, and some of them weren’t even the rooms we had originally booked. We were told that our rooms had been upgraded, but in reality they were a downgrade from what we had paid for. After around two hours of going back and forth with reception, we finally got the correct rooms and managed to check in at about 2am. Overall, our experience was average. One of the biggest issues was the lack of sunbeds around the pool. Unless you got there very early, it was almost impossible to find one, so we only managed to spend a couple of days by the pool during our stay. The food was actually really nice and there was a good choice available, but it was nearly always cold, which was disappointing. The beach was also not what we expected. We found it dirty and untidy, and after spending about an hour there one morning, we didn’t go back. The evening entertainment wasn’t great, and there never seemed to be enough seating areas to sit and enjoy a drink in the evenings. For the amount of money we spent, I honestly expected a lot more. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel, as I think you could find somewhere much nicer for the same price. We wouldn’t return

We stayed for a week in the one bedroom suite with private pool in the garden and this was the best outdoor space I've ever had at an all inclusive. The resort is newly reopened in May 2026 and there were still a few teething issues at the beginning of the week but by the end it had edged much closer to the ultra all inclusive experience they want to create. The breakfast Chef (Vicki) makes amazing omelettes at breakfast and the children loved her fried eggs and pancakes. The Buffet food was fine but not the best we've had, so maybe needs more variety, the salads were amazing and we always found something nice to at lunchtime. For dinner then you can't beat the Greek restaurant as its the best by far and the lovely manager (Forini) was always there to look after us. I'd give the Asian restaurant a miss though, as it's not worth it unfortunately. The grounds are stunning and the gardening and maintenance team are doing a great job keeping it looking gorgeous. The resort is a nice size, not too big and has a beautiful village feel with a stream running through it...I loved just walking around the place enjoying the calm environment. The guys at the Pool Bar and Spritzeria Bar are good fun to chat to whilst they shake up fresh cocktails. Best to give the premade machine ones a miss. There was never a very big queue for the bar and Stavos and the other bartenders worked hard to keep everyone happy and with a drink in their hand. Our bedrooms were always cleaned to a great standard and the chambermaid was lovely. The bottled water needed replenishing more frequently then it was but this was sorted for us every time we requested it. We took the bus into Lindos town on the Monday night and it was worth a visit. Book onto the bus early though as it was full and a nice thing to do. The thing that made our holiday so special was the fabulous Thalia! She is the most helpful, kind and diligent person we interacted with across the whole resort, nothing was ever too much trouble and she always had a smile on her face. I watched her work incredibly hard every day but was truly amazed by her wonderful attitude as she was always very happy to help us with everything. Thank you again Thalia we will never forget you as you made our holiday the best!!

Nice Hotel ,dominanted by soft beige, Brown and grey Colors and a minimalistic. Approach in the Interieur. Nicely Designed by a Modern Architect. Our Holiday week was very nice, especially because of three extraordinary staff members: Thalia, Sirii and Andreas, giving the Hotel it‘s memorable touch . Thank you: Glad to meet you Guys. Minus : the Food Buffet was a Bit disappointing in Terms of Quality and regional aspects.

We were apprehensive about our stay reading some reviews , however it went above our expectations. This is a really beautiful hotel. The bedrooms are stunning with lots of little touches. The bedding is luxurious, there are vanity kits, a nice stocked mini bar some welcome food items which were appreciated. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The pool is the winner with plenty of sun beds, a relaxed but fun vibe. The beach is beautiful with crystal clear water. The buffet had plenty of choice, breakfast was the star for us. We can’t recommend this hotel enough.
