Aulus Lindos Rhodes, Curio Collection by Hilton

I have just returned from this resort. I went with friends for 5 nights and we shared 2 ‘bungalow’ zen rooms. The resort is beautiful, designed like a small Greek town with direct beach access. Very quiet and peaceful. It is a one hour PRIVATE transfer from airport. This is not a 5 star resort. I’ll keep this as brief as I can; Negatives; -One small buffet restaurant, variety poor. -One pool, limited loungers -No beach service at all, no beach bar. -Beach not cleaned of cigarette buts. -One toilet at pool area that serves beach and pool guests -No beach towels till 10am and if they run out no more till 11! -Cocktails are from a machine and not pleasant -Bar staff not friendly -Nighttime entertainment quiet. Bar shuts 12 midnight( may suit some folk and was ok for us most of the time) -3 speciality restaurants but the 2 we visited (Asian and meze styles) both give all food at same time practically. No space between courses even though set up as starters/mains -Rooms small for 3 adults, more so bathroom area and would be concerned if family of four trying to use shower/sink/toilet area -If rains, no place in this resort for entertainment to continue. Positives; -Lovely looking resort -Enjoyed beach area and water was lovely temp(will need beach shoes as stony) -Spa staff very friendly and accommodating -Staff at Asian style restaurant were friendly and fairly attentive. I wanted to love it here, my friends and I had planned this for a long time. I have been to a few Greek resorts and this was the most disappointing. I would be concerned if I had booked this for school holiday period as I am unsure how the resort would serve more people. I have to say Lindos was beautiful and definitely worth a visit and the hotel do provide (on certain days) a transfer to the town. Overall expected more.

We’ve just returned from a fantastic 7-day holiday at Aulūs Lindos Rhodes Resort, Curio Collection by Hilton, and we honestly couldn’t fault our stay. From the moment we arrived, the whole experience was excellent. The resort is beautiful, well maintained and set in a lovely location with stunning views and direct access to a gorgeous private beach. The pools and outdoor areas are relaxing, with plenty of space to find a quiet spot and enjoy the sunshine, although it does get busy at peak times of the day. The food was excellent, with plenty of choice throughout our stay, and the quality was consistently very good. We particularly enjoyed the variety of restaurants and the opportunity to try something different during the week. Our room was spacious, comfortable and kept beautifully clean throughout our stay. What really stood out, though, was the staff. Always friendly and very helpful, from the reception and restaurant teams to the bar and housekeeping staff. We’d also like to give a special mention to Wilson at the main bar, who was fantastic he was always friendly, welcoming and attentive, with a great sense of humour and a genuine smile. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and he made us feel so welcome every time we visited the bar. And we have to mention his fantastic Dark & Stormy cocktail absolutely delicious and definitely one of our favourite drinks of the holiday! His excellent service, attention to detail and warm personality really added to our holiday and are a real credit to the resort. Thank you, Wilson! After seven days, we were genuinely sad to leave. Aulūs Lindos Rhodes Resort gave us exactly what we wanted from our holiday. We would happily return and would definitely recommend Aulūs Lindos Rhodes Resort, Curio Collection by Hilton to anyone looking for a relaxing, high-quality holiday in Rhodes. 5 stars from us!! My friends and I booked a two bedroom apartment with a hot tub. We were celebrating my birthday and a cake and Prosecco along with balloons and a welcome card were ready for us upon our arrival. The à la carte restaurants were exceptional along with the service given during those meals. Thalia, one of the resort managers was wonderful and responded to our queries promptly and professionally and I hope she gets recognised for her amazing work ethic and customer service along with the staff in the Asian, .Italian and Greek ala carte restaurants Alex, the pool bartender really stood out as the go to bartender of choice providing quick but also skilled service. The red wine in the Greek restaurant was a particular favourite to Specific recognition to: Thalia, Hannah (and her team) ,Alex, George, Alvin and the spa team

Absolutely brilliant time at Aulus. I'd spent time checking reviews before booking, they were all spot on. Nothing to much for all the staff there. From arriving at reception to meals and bars, the staff were lovely. Couldn't fault the meals, from breakfast to bed you can eat and drink all day. Our room was overlooking the pool area. Room 532. We were 2 minutes from the beach and 5 minutes from the main square where there was 3 restaurants and the bar area. Down by the pool there was another bar, Italian restaurant and beach food truck serving burgers, Giros and various snacks. Night time entertainment was provided if you wanted to relax in the square. Plenty of sun beds and large day beds to relax, either by the 3 pools or on the beach. All inclusive plus included a free transport to and from Lindos. Cannot fault the hotel, location, food and staff. Perfect for couples and young families, probably not so much for older children, more of a relaxing holiday. With all inclusive plus, didn't need any euros for anything except gifts and tips for staff at the end of the holiday.

This hotel has exceeded our expectations. Rooms are clean and have everything you need ours had tropical garden view with lovely lush green plants. Food is excellent in all restaurents something for every one's tastes and age. The staff are the hightlight of this hotel and all work hard to make your holiday very special. There are far to many to name but (waiter Grigoris) breafast lady cook who does an amazing omlette and Thalia costumer service who has helped make our holiday special. To all those staff working behind the scenes we also thank you.
