Avra Beach

A wonderful 10 days at Avra Beach! I really didn’t want to leave! We loved everything from the food, views, entertainment and the lovely staff! Everyone friendly including staff and people on holiday. I’m definitely booking this hotel for our next holiday! Special mention to Sam, Lia, Bogdan, Cyril, Tibi, Erina amazing people and also to Maria and Kyriakos for looking after us with my boy Tom xx

Hotel very clean ,staff very friendly, few weren't so ,didn't have the usual welcome id expect from a 4* Hotel. Cleaning staff exceptionally friendly. Be aware the walking areas get very slippery if wet . Food was amazing 👏 Entertainment was ok Beach is very pebbly and entering the sea beach shoes is a must We ventured into Rhodes by using the hotel shuttle bus 14euro return for 2 . Nothing around the hotel other than a few bars restaurants and a supermarket. We won't return but overall we had a relaxing break

Just returned from a week at avea beach we arrived to be given the worst room we've ever stayed in 3 flights of steps no lift with no help only to find the room had a musty smell very old fashioned decor dark brown wood wardrobes that had a funny smell went straight back to reception to tell them we weren't happy and wanted to change our room to which we were told there was nothing and they were fully booked and to sleep there that night and come back at 1.30 the next day so we didnt even unpack had a sleepless night as the room didn't feel clean so the next day we were given a loverly modern room on the other side of the hotel which has been renovated if you stay here avoid the dreadful bungalows after all the upset we had a really lovely holiday the animation team make the hotel so funny Speacial mention to tibbi and bogan and the other young man whose name escapes me they work so had and the lovely man on reception who managed to get us a lively room on the 1st floor we had a bad start but would return

The hotel is lovely the staff could not do enough for you was my 2nd visit to this hotel. The hotel was clean the food was amazing.The entertainment people was brilliant Sam Lia Bogdan Toni Erin’s and Cyril.

We booked through Jet2 and travelled on 13th September for one week. As usual the flight was delayed - Jet2 you really need to sort out these flight delays. When we arrived at 9pm there was no welcoming drink not even water, no porter to take your cases to you room. We were just given an A4 info sheet and told the lift is over there. No wi-if code on the info sheet either When we found our room there was a fridge with nothing in it. Our superior side view room overlooked a building site where work started most days around 5am and one morning 4.40am...not a superior room. Plus point the room was clean but the furniture was budget. The cost of the safe was not listed on the info sheet which at 20euro we thought was pricy and if we had of known the cost before we would not have used it. Please include this on your info sheet. The, food was also very low standard. I struggled most days to find something I fancied esting. No orange juice just orange taste and apple taste. The cocktails tasted of unnatural ingredients For a four star hotel we expected more. Both my husband and I fell ill with a sickness bug which really didn't help. The good points are the hotel is very clean, beachfront locationand the entertainment is above average.
