The best bartender service ever

We have just returned from Delfinia resort after a week’s holiday. A family of three with a young child, what can I say we had the most amazing time. Hotel is in a good location, short walk to eucalyptus street and the beach, with a bus stop around the corner which takes you to both the north and south of the island. The facilities at the holler do the job! 4 pools to choose from, a pool bar, main bar and restaurant with terrace, there were always plenty of sun-beds, seats and no queing! The all inclusive menu was pretty standard with something for everyone, the food was always lovely and each night there were a number of chef special items to try alongside their generic menu, great drinks and no limit to how many you could get per trip to the bar! The hotel while in need of some tlc was always kept lovely and clean. What really made our trip was the staff! Our little boy loved saying hello to everyone each morning and was always greeted with the biggest smile and a high five. All of the staff were incredible but a huge shout out goes to Harry- for supplying endless cups of ice. Radi- the beer man! Kosmas- the guy who always remembers your order! Francis- for being a fantastic lifeguard and making a 3 year olds dreams coming true by racing him down the slides and letting him with. Finally the animation team work so hard to make your holiday memorable, from day time activities to evening entertainment they give 200% everyday. All of the team would be involved in the daytime activities Theo loves a game of waterpolo and is partial to a game of beer pong! Ola is a fantastic host and really gets everyone on their feet. Sara and Annie took to my little one with open arms, dancing with him each and every night. Around the pool they would always come and say hi and my little boy would look out for them and by the end of the holiday referred to them as ‘my girls’.

Came here a little unsure,after reading some of the reviews. I am here now and it is lovely,the hotel,the room,the staff,the cleaners daily if you want hotel is spotless. And the Barmen Rami during the day and Kosimas of an evening both Gentlemen. Nothing is to much for any of the staff,and the food is nice always something to eat.But if you press do not disturb on the panel in your room they leave you alone your choice. Me and 5 other people have had a tremendous time age difference of our group 68-21 will definatley return

Hotel was good value for money. We travelled as a family of 6 and had 2 studio apartments, which were clean and fresh - although bathrooms were very dated and worn. Rooms were only cleaned once during our week stay and we had to ask at reception for towels everyday. Food was average, limited choice. Frustrating there was no cold meets/ cheese with the good salad selection at lunch and dinner and kids choice was limited. Odd that only snacks available during the day were pastries. Other than that we enjoyed our stay, staff were very friendly, good entertainment and pool/slides were great. Kids club and entertainers were great. For price we paid we think this place offers great value for money, but it really does have potential to be a lot better.

Before arrival, I emailed the hotel asking for rooms near eachother as we were a family of six. Upon arrival we were given one of the delfinia suites, which included a private pool and was two storey! The room was so clean and fresh, and perfect for our family. The cleaners came daily and did a great job. All staff at the hotel were so friendly and accommodating. There wasn’t a huge variety of food but it was enough and of great quality. We had a fantastic stay and would recommend.
