Budget hotel - you get what you pay for and that means attitude from staff too!! Food very limited, snack bar is dry pastry’s and crusty sandwich’s!! Sunbeds are old broken and dangerous.. Broken drains , sitting water everywhere from the rain.. No where to sit outside if it rains , other than reception!!! The life guard lol spends more time chatting up the bar staff,smoking and playing on his phone than actually doing his job.. This lifeguard has twice on 2 consecutive days shouted at my special needs child for splashing water onto the concrete., Fingers in his face , shouting at myself and child round the pool. His a embarrassment to other staff with in this hotel.. His been reported twice to management who obviously know his a problem but again nothing has been done.. I’d avoid this hotel , spend ya English pounds elsewhere..

Had a nice experience there. Food was good and the facility has 2 bar's. Radi from the pool bar was amazing, and super engaging with everyone ❤️. For a few days the hotel had issue with WiFi connection that we could not connect from our room but on Monday was sorted. For the management: behind room 336 there is a machine that is making noise during the night and we could not sleep, this should be looked and resolved. In general we had a good stay, staff very helpful and educated and always smiling. Thanks Radi for the refreshing drinks 🍹

This hotel is everything you'd expect for the price. It is clean and tidy. Food is decent. Sunbeds are slightly questionable but when you are going budget you expect this. The location is amazing - 5 minutes away from Kolymbia and the beach is about a 10 minute walk. Buses are regular and car hires are all around too. The staff are always super lovely and friendly. A special mention to Radi - the pool bar bartender. He is super 👌 remembers your drinks order and is always happy to chat!! Would I stay again if looking for a cheap and cheerful week away. Absolutely!

The best barmans in the world, the atmosphere was really good. Location is close to the sea, rooms are good too.

What you'd expect from an all inclusive hotel. Rooms clean, with enough space to dry hang clothes after day at the pool or beach. Located near center of Kolymbia, one small nitpick would be the lack of dedicated beach space, but it wasn't hard to find a spot at one of the beaches nearby. Rooms spread among 4 buildings, which are located around main pool area. As long as you didn't hit the "Do not Disturb" button, rooms were cleaned daily. Nice. Food was decent, pick what you want type of dining. Best part was definitely the Animation team, they were engaging, energetic, never turned down a conversation. Every day has planned group activities, so it wasn't a total lazy holiday, I personally wanted to attend most of activities (even overstretch my left hamstring a bit, thanks Ola :P ) Pool area itself was okay, pool is evenly deep, you had to get up early to grab a tanning bed, though. Nice touch is dedicated Car renting company, everyday you can reserve a car for yourself at the hotel lobby. There are no lunch-boxes for planned trips though, you have to keep that in mind if your trip is planned before breakfast. If anything in the room broke down (AC unit, showerhead) you tell the lady at the lobby and issue is fixed in few hours. All in all, I would reccomend, had a great time there.
