Eden Roc

This is my 3rd time at Eden Roc and it won't be my last! As a travel agent I also highly recommend it to my customers who love it as much as I do. We stayed in a Pool Suite which was incredible and having access to the lounge 800 made it even more special. The food at this hotel is second to none and the drinks and service are 10/10! Special mention to Julia an Nikos at the lounge 800 who made our stay amazing. The stand out meals for me are the Meze and Pevurvian (which is a must!) and also the Caldera was incredible. This hotel is perfect for both couples an families and if you are thinking about booking it....do it...you won't regret it! Thank you again Eden Roc for another outstanding stay!

It was a very pleasant stay at Eden Roc. The Service was immaculate and we enjoyed everything here. The staff was friendly, especially Rialena Tsampicos was of Great help at all times. Rooms were clean and the Food was very good

Yet another amazing stay at Eden Roc. Can’t thank the amazing staff enough for making our stay extra special as always. We have been coming to Eden Roc for 9 years and it never disappoints. Our first year we stayed in the 800’s when all we had was a water chiller “before the bar was completed”. It has been lovely coming every year, seeing the hotel grow into what it is today, with the introduction of more restaurants and the menus in the existing restaurants brought up to a very high standard. The owners are investing massively year after year to bring the hotel from the 1970s up to modern day. Obviously they can’t click their fingers and magic this overnight. Some visitors complain about trivial things like plant pots over holes in the new tiled area covering cables outside the buffet area, the removal of the waterfall and decoration. This is work in progress and it will be exciting to see what improvements they’ve made when we return next year. The main hotel has been repainted externally, bringing it right up to date with a new fresh appearance. This year we have seen huge improvements around all of the pool areas with the introduction of new raised planters, the main pool is now an infinity pool with all new day beds and new tiling. The smaller pool is now more child-friendly with new day beds and new tiling. Bar 800’s pool has also had a lot of work done with new day beds more private terraces and more handrails making it easier to access the pool. Most of the problems in and around the hotel are created by the guests. Sitting on padded seats in wet swimming suits. Plastic cups and drinking glasses chucked in hedges and left lying around the pools and beach. Towels left on sun-beds when people are done with them. Cigarette ends are all over the beach. Ashtrays are available there is no excuse. As for the queues at the bars, Some guests order themselves multiple cocktails take one sip and leave the half-full glasses abandoned on tables to spill and get broken. This wastes the staff’s valuable time. The staff work extremely hard to make the hotel a lovely place to be. They’re not there to wipe guests bottoms. In my opinion the hotel should police the towel allocation better. One towel per guest to be exchanged one for one. At the moment guests help themselves to fresh towels and leave their wet towels anywhere they want. This year the hotel has started to remove towels left on sun-beds before 9am and also remove towels left on beds for more than 1 hour. This has massively improved the sun-bed problem. If Your belongings are removed they can be collected from the hotel reception. Some guests children are feral and are left to run around causing mayhem in restaurants, pools, and public areas. Don’t just complain on TripAdvisor about the hotel. Give them a chance to fix the problem. If you have any issues speak to reception or guest relations. They will do everything they can to help. Once again thank you to the management, guest relations, reception, bar staff, chef’s and waiter’s pool attendants, housekeeping , maintenance and gardeners for making Eden Roc an amazing place to be. Just returned from a 7 day break at Eden Roc with my partner 2 kids and my parents. A lovely week in a fantastic hotel. Food and drink superb with plenty to choose from and generous portions in all of the A-la carte restaurants. The upgrades to the main pool are fantastic and really add an extra degree of luxury to the hotel. My one gripe is the booking of restaurants. I tried to get a booking of 6 into the Asian restaurant and was told I could only have 4. On attending there were numerous seats left empty and we could of easily had the 2 extra seats. When sitting at the beach bar, it was evident that not all seats were taken at the Tepinyaki on more than 1 occasion. Whilst I recognise this is not the hotels fault if people do not cancel reservations, I believe something could be done, where if you do not turn up for your meal without prior cancellation your remaining reservations are cancelled or a small fee is applied upon checking out, it really is rude to not cancel.

Amazing kids club. Daughter didnt want to miss a single day!
