Sold as 4-Star. Delivered Well Below 2-Star. Don't Be Fooled. The only genuine positive here is the staff — they are warm, hardworking, and clearly doing their absolute best with virtually no support from management. They deserve far better than the establishment they're working in. But let's be clear: this hotel is not 4-star. It is not 3-star. Based on my experience, it would struggle to meet the basic standards of a 1-star property. No hot water. A fundamental requirement of any hotel — at any level — and this one couldn't deliver it. Multiple guests complained throughout our stay. Nothing was resolved. This alone disqualifies any claim to 4-star status. Food that belongs in a budget canteen. The same basic, uninspired menu served at breakfast, lunch, and dinner without variation. At a genuine 4-star all-inclusive, you'd expect choice, quality, and presentation. I got none of the three. Watered-down alcohol, overly sweet juices drinks with negligible alcohol content. Not what you'd associate with any credible all-inclusive offering, let alone a 4-star one. ALSO DO NOT DRINK WATER FROM TAPS OR MACHINE WATER COMES OUT BROWN. Rooms that wouldn't pass muster in a hostel. Large in size, yes — but stripped of any quality. The linen was the cheapest imaginable, and the air conditioning and heating were non-functional. Guests were sleeping in the foyer to stay warm. In a 4-star hotel. Let that sink in. Dirty pools, blamed on recent weather — but fellow guests with photographs confirmed the same conditions existed before the storm arrived. The hotel claims capacity for 500 guests. With around 200 during our stay, management was already overwhelmed. The infrastructure simply isn't there. Management appear to be actively managing perceptions rather than problems. Don't be misled by the star rating or the marketing. Book this hotel with very low expectations — and even then, prepare to be disappointed.

At first glance the hotel is ‘fine’. Near the beach and not far from the centre. However, the bed was unclean with no mattress protector and when the cleaners came they stripped the beds and left the sheets for us to make the beds ourselves which we found peculiar. We had to fix the shower head with a receipt as this fell down and would not stay up the whole time. The room itself was fine, albeit very basic. Do not pay for a swim up pool as these are not private and your room will be looked into by those sat on the loungers. We found ourselves eating out for 4 out of the 7 days as the food provided was greasy, fatty and not signposted clearly enough to know what you were eating! Breakfast was fine. The drinks were cheap and there was a distinct lack of variety and again we found ourselves buying drinks for the room as opposed to utilising the hotel. Not clearly signposted and the reception is not signposted at all! Overall fine but not worth the money and was the worst part of our trip.

We stayed between 14/10-18/10 4 nights as a couple for a cheap and easy break away for my 30th birthday. We had a lovely trip away. We really enjoyed the pool areas with lots of sun beds, our room 552 looked over one of the pools so we had a good view. We debated paying for a swim up room and were glad we didn’t pay the extra as it’s not a private pool for swim up guests only. We actually used sunbeds at that pool and stayed in the normal rooms. There are sunbeds opposite where the rooms are for anyone and anyone could look into your room. The beach is lovely for a morning walk and the sunrises are the best I’ve ever seen (I’ve been lucky to see Bali sunrises and mountain sunrises) waking up early was so worth it. The hotel is what you pay for, the rooms were very basic as in just white walls and no mirror apart from the bathroom , the shower water can go everywhere with no curtain, there’s no safe unless you pay for it, we used locks on our rucksacks instead. The food was very samey but that’s common with all inclusive unless you go somewhere with a few a la carte restaurants. Breakfast we enjoyed with pancakes, cereal, full English and fruits etc.. lunch was very good with Gyros. Drinks are a bit watered down too. Staff were friendly and let us keep our room till 11:30 instead of 11 as our coach was picking us up then. I feel they treated us well especially as they are at the end of their working season now. No entertainment in the evening the few days we were there that we saw but it is towards the end of the season. We went for chilled time so enjoyed the peace and playing cards in the lobby. Hotel is close to faliraki centre, shops round the corner and the cats are cute in the surrounding streets! October weather was lovely in the day 24/24 degrees but take warmer clothes for the evenings I got cold. We enjoyed ourselves, nothing really bad with this hotel, we felt safe staying here, we thought the Hotel was good for what we paid. Only other recommendation would be a sign above reception outside as it wasn’t clear where we should check in. Overall we had a good stay, it was what was needed for a short stay to relax and be by the sea, use the pool and not have to cook ourselves.
