Lovely hotel staff are hard working and prompt with any issues they excellent variety of food cannot fault anything at all would def recommend I don’t understand all the negative reviews ppl pay pennies and expect tperfection. I’m hard to please and can honestly say I’ve not one complaint !!

I stayed at Evita Bay in April this year and was beyond disgusted. I paid for a room upgrade because the initial room was awfully basic. It was cold at night so I requested an extra blanket, I then discovered late into the night that the blanket provided was stained with blood and I had been sleeping with this biohazard for hours. When I reported this the hotel’s response was insulting - management denied all responsibility and when I requested the room be cleaned they only replaced the one stained blanket (leaving the rest of the bed linen) and offered a bottle of cheap €5 red wine as an "apology", which from an all-inclusive hotel is a completely meaningless gesture. To make matters worse, management had been dishonest with my travel agent (Travelodeal), claiming they changed all the linen (they didn't) and tried to deflect blame by claiming they have "video evidence" of a separate blanket on the floor. Whether a blanket is on the floor or the bed is irrelevant; the hotel provided a contaminated, unwashed item. Avoid this hotel if you value basic hygiene and honest management.

The best animator, great atmosphere, great rooms, easy transportation

After a major nightmare, missing the flight due to a 9mile tail back after a multi car motorcycle pile up on the M5. We arrived a day late, at 23:30hrs [so nearly 2days late.] As I’ve never missed a flight before and was totally exhausted after driving for over 6hours in tail backs, finding a Travelodge etc. I didn’t realise until we arrived at Rhodes that we should have called the car hire firm and hotel as soon as we realised we had actually missed the flight. Anyway we live and learn. So after many discussions and stressful situations due to missing the flight, we arrived at the hotel, the lovely chap at reception was very surprised to see us, and from that point onwards our holiday actually started.! Even though the bar was closed he gave us a drink, as we really needed it. Got to our rooms and was pleasantly surprised modern, clean, airy and it had a fridge! (One hole to pick…..they were kind enough to leave sandwiches, cake and fruit in a little cardboard packed lunch box for two, but didn’t put it in the fridge?- which was silly as we didn’t know how long they had been in a hot room! My mother- in-law who was in the room next door didn’t get one?) We also had soap, shower gel, hair dryer and towels. Found out from another holiday maker that we could have paid €10 deposit for a kettle and an iron if needed (each) which is fully refunded when returned. Being British we need our cup of tea in the morning! I was a bit fed up as there was no hot water at 01:00hrs, but my mother-in-law who lived in Rhodes, explained the Greeks use solar tanks to heat water and the tanks must of ran out. Again we live and learn, so the best time to have a lovey hot shower is when the sun has been out! The staff were FANTASTIC, from different nationalities - all extremely helpful, hard working, and the cleaning lady was very persistent about cleaning our room, every day, however, I need my sleep. The food was AMAZING, choice was excellent. Location was AWESOME as right on beach and close to amenities. The site had lots of pools, sun loungers, and was kept clean and tidy. (However, randomly there was a section in between a beautifully kept pool and lawn full of lovely wild flowers and a pile of broken equipment/rubbish? Maybe it’s a plan in action?) The beach had sun loungers, with tables and shades, as well as as showers. Atmosphere was friendly and people were mixing from different places, children were well behaved. Noise was kept low, apart from one neighbour who was a bit loud one night.

Most amazing time and Leo made the experience brilliant. Gets everyone involved with water activities.
