Kresten Palace

We enjoyed the stay at hotel. Nice clean rooms and facilities and very friendly and professional staff (incl. reception, cleaning service, restaurant and kids club). We specially appreciated our meals and restaurant experience as well as kids entertainment program. Our daughter has enjoyed a lot the activity in the Kids club and especially the mini-disco in the night 😃 Very friendly and motivated animators Maddy and Kiko. We are very grateful for their work and fun they brought to the kids!

We had a very nice experience with the staff from entertainment, Kiko and Maddy. They've been brilliant with the mini disco shows and with the kids club! Our son had a very good time with them!! Thank you!

Me and my partner were looking forward to our first holiday away together. However, upon arrive after a full day of travelling we got sent to an incorrect room which hadn’t been made up, we struggled to access this room and finally the receptionist assisted and realised this wasn’t our room. We then got allocated the correct room for the week, and after only spending one night in there we noticed a foul smell, very very damp and humid feel, the fridge was rusty and the door frames where falling apart, alongside this we booked for a double room but got given to separate single beds. we left the hotel for the day to explore old town and came back and our room was very wet, it came to our knowledge that we had several leaks one in which was leaking from the hotel wardrobe resulting in mine and my partners clothing being damaged and wet. We also came to realise that our bathroom light was also leaking which is a hazard in its self. We where already contemplating upgrading rooms due to not being given the correct room, to which we then went to report the leaks and unsuitable conditions of our room and got told we would still have to pay an additional €300 to move. Moving on to the room which we had to move to, we got back in and was going to get showered, and there was thousands of ants in our bathroom. And again, in this new room, the room has a damp and musty feel resulting in you feeling dirty. The hotel is aware of all of this and have not offered any assistance whatsoever nor a simple apology. i personally would NOT recommend this hotel wether it being in season or out of season

We stayed at the Kresten Palace hotel in September 2006. It was a wonderful holiday. We loved the location and the beach below. Being Rocky it was great for snorkelling. The pool was so big , always plenty of room. There were always enough sun beds. the food here was wonderful, so much choice in an all you can eat buffet style. the Entertainment every night was very good and they work so hard day and night to keep everyone busy. Our room had a problem with a noisy air-con and after getting someone to look at it, it still made too much noise so they gave us a different room. The rooms, though very clean, could do with an update but it didn't worry us. The beds were the comfiest I have ever slept on. I would definitely go back here.

Had a very nice massage at the spa, definitely recommended!
