Lindos Grand Resort & Spa

A wonderful stay at Lindos Grand ❤️ A stunning hotel with the loveliest staff we have ever come across — always smiling and greeting you warmly. The service throughout our stay was exceptional. The food was excellent, and we genuinely didn’t have a bad meal at the buffet. We never even felt the need to try the à la carte restaurants because the main restaurant was so good every day. Our room was lovely; however, we stayed in a “promo room” which overlooks the road and car park, so it could be a little noisy at times. Next time, we would probably upgrade to a different room type. There’s a handy shop directly opposite the hotel where you can buy drinks and snacks. The beach is quite stony and wasn’t really for us, so we spent most of our time relaxing by the pool instead. Taxis to Lindos were around €15, and on the way back usually €10–12… or “€1 million” when you ask the drivers the price first 😂 (they’re very sarcastic and good-humoured!). We mostly used the bus, which was only €2 to Lindos and took around 10 minutes. Rhodes Town was about €5 and roughly an hour away. Thank you for having us, Lindos Grand — you truly are a cut above the rest ❤️

lovely atmosphere i went into some sort of sleep mode and was fully relaxed, i woke up feeling better than ever. she made me feel completely comfortable in the room. overall amazing experience

What an amazing place! I was worried having read a recent review, but the hotel was decorated to a very high standard with exceptional rooms. The pool area is wonderful and the infinity pool is huge. The restaurants on site were good quality food and reasonably priced. There is also a bus stop right outside the front entrance and a supermarket across the road as well as an ATM and car rental place. It the perfect location because you can do as much or as little as you like. Trips will pick up from the hotel and it is bliss to return to serenity after a busy day out. The standard of housekeeping was very good and the place was spotless. The only slight issue I had was with the gym which I did feel could have been better equipped. And the spa was a bit pricey. Overall however this was an exceptional holiday , not least of which because of the staff who could not do enough for you. I would return in a heartbeat

My boyfriend and I just returned from a two-week stay at the Lindos Grand Resort and Spa, and absolutely loved it. We checked in during the evening and were surprised with a complimentary upgrade to a junior suite, including a chilled bottle of sparkling wine and white wine. The room was specious and beautifully presented - we loved the view down to the beach and across the sea. The hotel itself is lovely and kept spotless at all times. The sun beds are a very comfortable and towels could be changed throughout the day which made days by the pool so lovely. There was evening entertainment each night, usually a live band or singer who were always very good. It was a great setting to have cocktails, chat, play cards or occasionally get up for a dance! The food here exceeded all our expectations. We didn't have a single bad meal the entire fortnight. The breakfast and dinner buffets at the main restaurant were a particularly good - loads of choice and everything was fresh and tasty. All staff we encountered were excellent. We want to give a special thank you to Nora. She went completely above and beyond to ensure we were always looked after. She chatted to us each day about our holiday, gave recommendations on places to explore in Lindos and made us feel really special. Manolis from the restaurants was also amazing. Every evening, he welcomed us and already knew our drinks order which made our experience feel super personalised. He always made us laugh and it was a pleasure talking with him each night. Stella and Alex were also excellent and contributed to the flawless service we experienced throughout. We hired a car for the full two weeks, which I would highly recommend. Parking was free and always available at the hotel. The drive into Lindos town is around 7 mins, otherwise there are taxis always going back and forth costing €15 each way. We would both absolutely recommend the hotel for anyone looking for a relaxing space to unwind. Thank you so much for our perfect stay!

We stayed here for a week to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary. Upon check in we were so happy to find they had upgraded us to a suite with a pool. The room itself is spacious and well equipped. The beds and pillows are so comfy and we slept well. Some areas of the room could do with a paint touch up! The main pool is huge and overlooks the bay which is both stunning day and night. The sun loungers are extremely comfortable and plentiful. My only criticism is that it can take up to 20 mins to order a drink as its pool service only so during busy times that can be quite frustrating. I did speak with Angelike who asked for our feedback and we suggested the pool area was missing a pool bar or swim up area. The evening entertainment was a bit hit or miss and again it is missing some sort of bar/communal area where people can go to the bar to get drinks etc. There is so much space downstairs and I really think they are missing a trick so people don’t head out for the evening. In peak season the pool service only could be an issue because people do not want to wait 20 mins to receive a drink. There is a sky lounge on the roof but sadly this was being renovated so unfortunately we did not get to experience this. The staff have been amazing and friendly and really do work hard but during peak times they are rushed off their feet. Breakfast is 10/10, so much choice and the food is of an excellent standard. We dined in the Japanese restaurant and it was delicious and the location was very nice. Unfortunately the spa was disappointing as the jacuzzi was not working properly, neither was the steam room so the fact this was an additional 20 euro pp for 1 hour was definitely not worth it. The spa also looks very run down in places so this does need to be improved to justify the additional price. We did have a few niggles during our stay but we were able to voice our concerns to Angelike which we felt had been taken on board. We felt she was extremely professional and really does want the best experience for her guests. Would we stay here again? YES!!!!!
