Lindos Village Resort & Spa

Great stay at Lindos Village. Food and staff were brilliant. Location is scenic with general amenities nearby. Overall, would recommend 👍

It's not quite luxury hotel it it's good. Lindos town is a taxi ride away about 9 mins. The room was smaller then than what I thought. You can order via app etc towel changes which is good. We had ants appear on balcony and hotel dealt with it quickly. There is not much around the hotel so factor in taxis. Hotel provides buggys to and from the beach which is fab service. I would recommend but just be aware of travelling out from the hotel.

Just back from a ten night stay at Lindos Village. Firstly, this hotel is not 5*. It needs reviewed asap. It's dirty, old and everything is breaking. During the course of our stay we had to change room three times. We arrived at 3am on our first night, got taken to our room and we were in shock. It stank of damp which was coming from both the air con and the bathroom. The bathroom had limescale everywhere and the flush didn't work. There was ants in the room and only a partial seaview. The next morning when I had a shower the shower door fell off while opening it. The staff were very good and took us to a new room the next day. They also offered us late check out and cocktail vouchers. On our second last day during a thunderstorm, our aircon started leaking so bad that our lounge area was like a swimming pool. Maintenance guy couldn't fix it, and the manager called to our room to say we would need to move room. Again, sorted very quickly and we were offered dinner in the Lindos Grand. However, this shouldn't happen in a 5* hotel. Taxi's from the hotel are a nightmare. We hired a car in the end. We had to wait up to 45 mins one night and were late to a dinner reservation due to this. So beware. However, views from hotel are stunning. The beach and buggy system is great. And all the staff were really friendly and helpful. Just a real shame about the hotel rooms & serious updates are needed.

This hotel has its downsides, and it has its upsides. The breakfast was great - good selection and something for everyone. The staff are friendly, helpful and the WhatsApp service is ideal to ask any questions or get information. The location is fine. There is a bus at the bottom of the hill which leads up to the hotel, which costs €2 to get to Lindos. The last bus back from Lindos is 9.30pm, otherwise taxis are about €16. It may be useful to hire a car, as the bus to Rhodes town for instance, took over an hour. The pool area is nice enough, and the staff are attentive. The real let down of this hotel is the cleanliness and dated nature of the rooms. The limescale in the bathroom is most definitely a health risk and everything about it is extremely dated. We suffered 4-4 bad leaks during our stay, and cleaners left towels down to mop it up, rather than fix the leak. It could be a really lovely hotel if money was put into the rooms. The setting looking out onto the bay is fantastic, and the building is very pretty. We overall had a very great stay, as other things made up for the room, and we were offered a room change but sort of felt it would be the same old story with another room. It didn’t ruin our holiday, just wish it was cleaner and the room would’ve been fine.

Lovely view, staff, unreal breakfast buffet and nice clean room. Close enough to walk down to the beach and not far from Lindos - would recommend hiring a car. Only down side was the noise from the amphitheater next door in the evenings, but otherwise we had a wonderful time.
