The hotel staff are very friendly and are able to answer any questions you have. Jimmy who is part of the buffet staff is especially great, he always had our drinks ready for us at breakfast before we’d even sat down. There are plenty of sun loungers at both pools, no need to rush to grab one in the morning. There is also a crepe bar at one of the pools the woman who works there (unsure of her name) is also very friendly. However at the other pool bar, we found out on the last day they serve chips, hotdogs, and toasties which wasn’t advertised at all and we felt this could be improved on, especially when you’re paying for all inclusive. Wasps weren’t much of an issue unless drinks had been spilt around near the pool but they usually leave you alone. The rooms were clean and tidy and were tidied daily. Towels could also be changed daily, beach towels changed every 2 days. You also get bottled water filled daily in the rooms. The location of the hotel isn’t the best, there isn’t much to do nearby the hotel other than one beach, however you can get the bus into Lindos town which is €2.20 and from there you can go to multiple different places. However the shuttle buses from outside the hotel only run at certain times (9:45, 2:30, 3:30) and getting a bus back from lindos town can be quite difficult as they never run at the same time, the bus numbers can change after you’ve already brought your ticket and you don’t know without asking someone that works there, and sometimes you can also be put onto a different bus again without being told where to go. The à la carte restaurants were great, the italian night was amazing with a good portion of food and great service. The bbq night was also great again with a decent portion. The buffet food was mostly the same for breakfast, lunches and dinners had a few different options however i wouldn’t say there was too much for picky eaters/children. We did also feel forced to write a good review as about 5 days into our stay we got pulled and made to write a review on google and tripadvisor, with the woman reading it over before we could post it. We felt guilted into only writing the positives. Overall it’s a nice quiet hotel and the staff are very friendly, we however just felt a bit let down by being forced to write a positive review.
Great range or restaurants and bars. Kind and welcoming staff. Close to the beach and nice pools on site
The hotel is the perfect location easily accessible to a beautiful beach with gorgeous rooms and friendly staff. The food is delicious and the pool bars at both bars are great :)
Lovely hotel, great location near the beach and good all inclusive cocktails for a girls holiday
The staff particularly made my rating, all so lovely and polite more so than many hotels I’ve been to before. Jimmy especially made us feel comfortable, remembering our drink orders and chatting. The girl at the crepe bar (didn’t catch her name) was very polite and always smiled. Rooms seem to have been updated. Very clean. Did have a couple of ants but not too bad of a problem tbh. Plenty of plug sockets and spacious drawers. Wardrobes could have maybe done with a couple more hangers - wasn’t so bad for me but men may need more for t-shirts etc. Food was nice but I’m not sure Id say as good as we read on the reviews, always had something to eat but sometimes wasn’t piping hot at dinner, even if we didn’t come late. Also not a problem for me, but if you have fussy young children there was no options of nuggets/fish fingers etc there was pasta and that was pretty much it. Fruit selection was great, lots of options. Desserts were amazing too. Breakfast was probably the best meal, make sure to try the apple croissants! A La Carte restaurant on the other hand was AMAZING for the italian/bbq nights - genuinely hands down some of the nicest food I’ve ever had - and portions were incredible too (starters, salads, mains, desserts, drinks). Definitely worth booking both was highlight of food for the week. We booked half 8 and wasn’t too busy. Crepe bar was delicious lots of savoury and sweet options. Can get toasties from bar apparently but we was not told about this - annoying bc some days if we missed lunch we thought our only option was crepes as no snacks inside in between meals. Did find plates had a bit of a funny smell - not sure if water used was problem! Location is very quiet, great for a relaxing holiday. Vlycha beach is beautiful, was a bit rough a few days so be careful with winds. Sunrise is definitely worth getting up for to see at this beach at least one day. Not many places to walk nearby is only negative. Now for rest of location we didn’t rent a car but I would probably recommend, we didn’t realise but the buses only run 3x a day to Lindos/Rodos according to the timetable reception shown us. Bus was 2.20 euros each way to Lindos so not very expensive but timings just make whole thing a bit awkward, as we did not want to get taxis as told was expensive and long waits. Lindos is worth visiting, the acropolis was beautiful (20 euros per person) but deffo worth paying for, just note it isn’t very long to walk round. Lindos beach is nice and town was lovely lots of different shops and nice places to eat, we ate at Ginger one day which had the best view over the sea whilst we ate. Would also recommend St Paul’s Bay - was absolutely stunning, there is two sides one with Tambakio - sunbeds are expensive down that side and not too much room to sit. On th free side, so many places to sit along beach and under trees etc on decking in shade. We didn’t visit Rodos as didn’t want to pay for a taxi all the way there, and by time got the bus it was basically time to go home so again, might be worth it to rent a car. There is quite a few bugs around this area of Rhodes, I’ve came back with so many bites but this is to not fault of hotel. Wasps aren’t horrendous seem to just mostly hang round if people have spilt drinks. There is a sign I believe saying about drinks round pool, but this wasn’t really regulated well. Pools were lovely, nice to have 2 options as top one is in shade early afternoon, so nice option especially for younger kids who don’t need to be in sun all day. Only negative was on one of our last few days, we got sort of pressured into leaving a review, which obviously when you’re sat with the staff has to be good. Situation was very awkward and pointless - I would have happily left a review anyway but made me rate low because of this as not sure how reliable others reviews are because of this. Found the situation to be a bit odd, as much as the woman who was involved was nice and polite, it seemed a bit pressuring especially when we basically got given champagne as a reward.
