Quality time had with family at this wonderful hotel. Food is very varied and plentiful Hotel cleaning staff are very friendly and efficient. The pool is amazing and very clean. There are plenty of drinks choices for all. I have to make a special mention for the entertainment team who were excellent, but I have to give a massive shoutout to the start of the show Gustavo

We have had a really good time at this hotel and as a family we think we have had a a great atmosphere, the food has been good with some varied options every meal time. The room facilities are ideal for what we needed. The Animation team was led by Gustav and he is a very charismatic character, full of fun and enthusiasm and wants nothing more than the guests to have a great time here. For us as a family the way we engaged with Gustavo and his team has made our days fun throughout- very well done Gus!

The hotel itself was okay, nothing spectacular and had expected more given the 5* rating. I think you could tell it was getting towards the end of season and needed a good clean up, hotel sign for example had letters missing. The shower head in our room was flimsy and broke on the 1st day which was quickly replaced. Pool area is great, gyros and pizza are okay, the all inclusive offerings were pretty standard but there was always a special on in the evening for example pork belly or lamb was on. Although its all inclusive, we do like to eat out in the evenings and we found a lack of options in the area, maybe 2/3 restaurants around the area, the asian restuarant was probably our favourite. Pool bar was excellent, good choices of cocktails and open from 10am Gym needs a big uplift, most of the equipment is old and knackered. Overall it was a decent stay, we decided to leave early and have a night in rhodes which was fantastic and really on reflection, we would have rather stayed in rhodes old town

The Hotel is excellent! The food is very varied and lots of it. Plenty of cold and hot drinks. Very good selection of house alcoholic drinks Rooms are spacious and very clean. Housekeeping staff are friendly and lovely. Pool is very clean and nice Very BIG shout out to the entertainment team especially Gustavo who kept the party going all day and night. Very friendly and approachable and completely makes the Holiday STAR of the show!!!
