Overall, the hotel was clean and pleasant, but in my opinion it did not fully live up to the expectations of a 4-star hotel. The room was clean, tidy and comfortable, and this was definitely one of the strongest points of our stay. The location of the hotel is also very good, especially if you want to explore Rhodes and visit Rhodes Town. The hotel has several swimming pools, which is a plus, although I expected the whole pool area to be larger. It was also disappointing that the pools and sun loungers could not be used after 6:00 pm. The biggest disappointment was the food. There were some themed evenings, such as Greek, Mexican and sushi nights, which was a nice touch, but apart from that the food was quite repetitive and monotonous. The quality was acceptable, but nothing particularly special. For an all-inclusive 4-star hotel, I expected a little more variety and better quality. Another thing that surprised me was that outside the main restaurant opening hours, it was not possible to make coffee from the coffee machine. With an all-inclusive package, I would expect basic drinks such as coffee to be available throughout most of the day. The entertainment was also rather limited. Apart from morning aqua aerobics and occasional interaction with the guests, there were not many activities during the day. In the evenings, there were some live music performances, but they usually lasted only around one or two hours, so there was not much going on afterwards. The hotel also has only one small lift serving a five-storey building, which was quite inconvenient, especially during busy times. For a hotel of this size, I would expect better access and more capacity. The staff were polite and did their jobs, but I would not say that the service was particularly exceptional compared with other hotels I have stayed at. Overall, the hotel was clean, the room was good and the location was definitely a strong advantage. However, the limited entertainment, repetitive food, restricted pool hours, limited access to coffee outside meal times and the small single lift made the experience feel more average than exceptional. Overall rating: 3/5.

The only fault I could complain of was the food was slightly salty.

I get people want different things so I’ll try and be balanced. Certainly not 4*, they expect towels to be changed twice a week and bedding once a week so not good at all in my view. Cleaning of room was simply empty the bin and sort bed never touched floor once. Corridor and stairs dirty. Food was ok but very salty, and repetitive! Definitely not enough loungers for around the pool. Loungers were very uncomfortable and some old/dirty. Location is the better part as there is plenty of bars and nice restaurants near by

The hotel was great, it was clean, the food was good and enough choice. Only thing is that the temperature could be better. Staff was very friendly and they want to help you with every question you have. Special shoutout to Maradonna. This little firecracker was the driving force of the animation team. Location is not the best, but you know that when you book the hotel.

The hotel is lovely, very near to local shops and buses into the Old Town. All staff are great. Persa on the reception team is amazing and helped us plan a trip to Lindos and where to stop along the way in our hire car. The food is brilliant (I am very fussy!) The Chinese themed night was our favourite 😋. The biggest shout out goes to Anita, the restaurant manager who is just an incredibly amazing lady, she made our stay at breakfast, lunch and dinner with her lovely smile and and incredible work ethic, her team work so well together and was clear to see. We will genuinely miss you Anita 🥲. Thank you for an amazing stay in Rhodes 🥰🇬🇷☀️
