I don’t normally write reviews cause i never think holidays are that deep but after staying at this hotel i feel i must. One big peice of advice i would give on this hotel is listen to the rewviers cause they ain’t lying, i normally don’t cause i feel people only right all the bad stuff and non of the positives but i wish i had listened. So to make a start what is advertised online is building number 2 the newer one, however we got put in building number one which was very very old and ran down, would’ve been nice to have seen this online before to avoide disappointment, to show u how old it is i will tell u we had physical keys to get into the room. Next thing is the bed situation, when we went in we had 2 twin beds, not ideal for couples so i spoke to reception and asked if it’s possible to maybe put these together and hold them but they said all we could do was push them together and gave us a double sheet which meant in the night we were falling down the middle or not able to sleep together. Also i know it’s October but the nights were freezing and a sheet was not good enough to keep us warm therefore we had to sleep under a blanket that looked and felt older than the hotel and i hate to think when the last time it was washed. In terms of cleanness i would say it’s not bad just very run down. The pool was very clean and so was the pool area! Now the food is the biggest thing how do i put this nicely…. It was awful god awful! Lack of choice and worse than school dinner food, same lunch and dinner every day, breakfast was even a struggle chips were either soggy or burnt pasta was rubbery and sooo salted and i found a cinnamon stick in my tomato sauce!! Make that make sense, the meat had no labels and looked very questionable and the “fresh fruit and veg” was wilted and had flies on it, i just cannot summ up just how bad the food was and the snack bar had options i think wat torn countries would turn there nose up. For soft drinks you could only get these from the snack bar that was open 11-18:00 so after that if u didnt drink alcohol you could only have apple or orange juice from the buffet! The staff were lovely don’t get me wrong and i would 100% recommend this hotel if u just wanted a bed and we’re going out everyday and everything, save yourself the money and don’t book all inclusive. I wish i had listened to the previous reviews on this hotel, 3 stars is very generous. I feel bad for the staff but i think it’s time that this hotel had a full upgrade!!!

The location was good and the room we were allocated was spacious and clean. There were a few things we thought were lacking in an all inclusive hotel room that would have improved our experience without too much cost. There were no hooks to hang anything on in either the bathroom or the bathroom. No glasses or drinking vessels of any sort were provided, we had to bring them back from the bar . This is the first all inclusive hotel I have stayed in where you have to pay for bottles of water. The rooms lack in decoration , there’s no pictures on the walls. The shower was wonderful, hot water plentiful but the water leaks out of the shower and floods the whole bathroom ( other guests said it was the same in their rooms) . Towels were replaced every other day and the bed was made. I think that’s as far as the cleaning went as we had to ask for toilet rolls to be replaced and there were bits on the floor all week. Food we found something to eat at every meal however it appears that the cheapest cuts of meat are used and some of it was unrecognisable. I am not sure what the bacon was at breakfast, it looked like spam and they seemed to like adding things to the scrambled eggs . Non of the food had any allergen information and the labels were very vague. The coffee machine isn’t big enough for the amount of people in the hotel, it frequently needed to reheat water and be filled causing people to queue. Sometimes it was difficult to get a table to eat at as people tend to keep the outside tables to drink and smoke at after they had eaten. Alcohol the gin was totally undrinkable … I tried it with tonic lemonade and sprite but it was still awful. There was very little choice. This is obviously a hotel that has a lot of early morning and late night arrivals as the noise of suitcases being wheeled around was loud most nights.

This hotel is lovely, very clean. rooms are of good standard. Food is 90 percent. staff amazing. i would recommend this hotel.
