The staff are all so friendly and helpful, a fantastic asset to the hotel. We had a superior garden view ground floor bedroom which had view to Carpark, awful never used the balcony. The room was cleaned daily and given fresh towels (they were poor quality and need replaced in general) Room only had one small mirror over sink, so NO FULL LENGTH mirror so not ideal for ladies. Food was OK, very repetitive but eatable. Mosquitos an issue everyone got bite, I put plug in room but cleaners removed card from electric when they cleaned, so plug in no use ! Pool is Fab, 1.3m so very safe. Poolside health snacks Fab and part of all inclusive Only thing is hotel is very quiet and needs daily activities to break up the day Recommend Aqua Yoga, Pool activities to get guests involved. Been some music around the pool would help. Evening entertainment not great. Location is remote from Rhodes so taxis needed to go anywhere on day trips. €55 taxi from airport to hotel. Relaxing atmosphere would stay again. Not ideal for kids.

Firstly I would like to start of my review with a shoutout to Dimitris, Zoni (downstairs bar), Vasillis (upstairs bar) and Voula (reception). They are truly an asset to the resort and it would not be the same without them. They were friendly, funny, welcoming, kind and helpful throughout our stay and made the experience enjoyable. Without them, it would not have been the same and we wouldn't have had the same experience. They are also incredibly hard working and the guys make the best cocktails, and bring a good, high vibe! The hotel itself is a nice hotel, in a good locatation however we did have some issues while staying at the hotel with our room. Unfortunately the 2x double rooms we had smelt of sewage daily, specifially at night time. We did report this to reception no less than 4 occasions and requested to move rooms multiple times however we were told that there were no rooms available so we had to stay in the rooms provided. They did advise maintenance would attend, however they attended two days later and didn't do anything. The smell was really not very nice, and we do believe that our request to moves rooms when we first requested this should have been acknowledged and actioned and not left. We were advised that nothing could be done with regards to a refund etc so again disappointing given what we paid, and that the rooms were so smelly. Our bathroom towels in our rooms were only changed once throughout the 7 night stay and the sea view we paid for, was more of a partial sea view (which they list as different on the website). On one of the rooms there was also a bee/wasp nest on the balcony so we didnt stay outside. The rooms were cleaned however there was alot of hair and debry found in the rooms and balcony which we would have expected would be cleaned. This part of the holiday was incredibly disappointing and did effect our stay and experience.

We had a truly wonderful stay at Paralos Rodos Lifestyle Hotel. From the moment we arrived, we received such a warm welcome, and the entire team made us feel genuinely cared for throughout our visit. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and professional, which made our experience even more memorable. The hotel itself is beautiful, and very well maintained. It has a relaxing atmosphere and is the perfect place to unwind. The sea is absolutely fantastic, with beautifully clear, transparent water, and the beach is only a one-minute walk from the hotel. The food was another highlight of our stay. The all-inclusive selection was varied, fresh, and consistently delicious. Our stay also included one dinner at the hotel’s restaurant, which was a lovely experience and made the trip feel even more special. Everything was organised perfectly, and we truly appreciated the attention to detail. We left with wonderful memories and would be very happy to return in the future. Highly recommended!

Just arrived home from 10 days of 5 ⭐ service from the hotel and especially the restaurant staff including Martina,Fanny and the remarkable crew, The help that I got when I was feeling a bit tired over stupidly getting heat stroke was unfathomable, the rest manager sent yoghurt and honey and oranges to my room and the gang kept asking my partner about me,This is a fantastic hotel run by fantastic workers,I wouldn't hesitate in returning.william, Angela

From start to finish everything was excellent and was really beyond our expectations. The staff is very friendly and attentive. Will definitely come back.
