This was a amazing hotel the staff was so so lovely each and every one of them the food we was bed and breakfast and can’t fault the breakfast just wow our room was perfect hats off to the domestics xxx would we come back yes in a heartbeat it’s a 15 min walk to old town so easy to get to xxxx thank you for a amazing holiday

I stayed at Rhodos Horizon Boutique-Adults Only in the city and went there for a scrub and a massage, Evita was amazing from start to finish I had suxh a great time i booked another treatment with my spouse for our last evening in Rhodes Very recommended! Good service and good prices!

We arrived late at night and we were immediately told we'd get an upgrade if we moved to a cozy room which is basically a room in the basement with no window we didn't know that at the time. I asked what the catch was no catch he said.The bed was a double so we said it's not suitable and they retracted their offer of AI. We had booked the room eight months ago we should of been told. They have a sister hotel the marina 6km away. Please do not accept their offer as there is nothing there and it is on a busy dual carriageway. Our room was overlooking a dirty park with bins that were overflowing. They offered us another room but it was further away from the lift so we decided to stay. Room was rather small and not much storage one wardrobe and no drawers to put things away in. I could not fault our maid though, clean sheets every day and drinks put in our fridge. Erini our tui rep was marvelous throughout as we complained because we couldn't unpack as the reception staff kept messing us about with the change of our room. She advised us to complain when we got home so we are doing so.

My husband and I just had an amazing couples package at Rhodos Horizon Blu Spa. We had a full body scrub followed by a full body massage it was amazing! Despoina and Giwta were so professional and they gave a great massage! We're now full relaxed and ready for our holiday! Thank you so much ladies 💓
