We have had a lovely family holiday here! Its great for kids! We enjoyed it that much were coming back next year! The animation team made our holiday 10/10 special thanks to Amy who is just so friendly and welcoming and really gives you the holiday vibe! And makes sure nobody is left out! Chad,phillip and Anya were also just as fab!

Ok! Been to this hotel 3 times, this time it was brilliant but this was due the two fabulously funny friends we met Pauline & scott they made my holiday. Now to the review...we arrived at 1am only one guy on the desk who struggled to even speak...asked for top floor, plus updated room...completely ignored. Room basic, no shower screen, toilet not the cleanest.. Air-conditioning wasn't working...cleaners trying to get into clean the room while im still getting ready and trying to ignore me when I told them to go out... the sunbeds are broken and need replacing...food pretty basic nothing to scream about ..pizza every night, not much choice and certainly no organisation..given a table upon entering but when we got our food someone had took our table lol 😆 so I picked up a table setting for another table and staff going mad 😠 very rude..only the one staff, others very nice & friendly, at times only one bar staff on taking ages to get a cocktail the entertainment very good, kids love it...the pools are lovely and the hotel is in a great location to get around....so if the food improves and the little things were sorted out this hotel could be great...but its not a 4 star maybe 3... Ps there is a review on here recently that states its disgusting these people were drunk and causing a riot yet blame the hotel...go you will have fun.

Hotel was in very much need of an update. Food was not brilliant. Atmosphere was good locations not too bad. Not far from the town. Room is very dated value for money not too good would we stay again? I don’t think so like just like an English holiday camp

If I was you I would never book this hotel, first day a chair was accidentally broken by my stepdad in which the hotel made us pay a 100 euro charge for a plastic chair and refused to provide us with any legal documentation to explain such a unnecessary cost for a chair which had only lost one leg and only said they would provide us with a receipt AFTER payment as they said the invoice was over 12 year old admitting again the chairs were old , reception staff and manager very rude and abrupt and shouted abuse at me personally, when stated we would go through insurance they wouldn’t allow this and threatened police again over a plastic chair which we found disgusting, the hotel also holds a 100 euro charge tourist tax which they never mentioned, last night we were then kicked out of the hotel as a family with 2 non verbal disabled children staying the manager admitted to scamming us and using his authority to charge for a chair they couldn’t provide documentation for he then phones the police on us for having a slight drunken argument which him himself made worse by calling me personally a “English slag” him and all of his staff are very rude then he sent his security round to cut all of our wristbands and refused service of even water including both children with disabilities . All rooms weren’t cleaned everyday only maybe once ever 2 days we continued to call them through our stay to say about ants in the room and the ants were biting me and my partner and still Refused to clean the rooms so this meant we were completely neglected. When we were kicked out at 1am this morning he told us we had 1 hour to leave and pack 4 suitcases in which the police said was wrong for him to do and allowed us to stay one more night, currently writing this in an airport 4 days before we were meant to leave leaving is £700 down for flights home cause the manager and his staff are disgustingly, the drink machines around the hotel were also full to the brim of mold and they also admitted to not cleaning or changing any chip oil for nearly 2 weeks the hotel was disgusting, the other room We had booked also the whole set up of the wardrobe fell onto my 3 year old brother and could of killed him when we mentioned it it was brushed off Point is do not book this hotel if you want kind hospitality, a clean room and experience or any kind of respect from the manager absurd hotel and me and my family will be taking this legally higher once we are home.

We are currently on Holiday here now 😊 Room 187 Owen family. The hotel is lovely, rooms clean, great value for money, Rhodes town is not far away & beautiful & lots of little shops to buy anything you need. The food & entertainment is great & all the staff are helpful, freindly & make an effort with everyone. In particular the is an older Gentleman Mr George who helps outside, everytime we see him he makes an effort to talk to everyone, always smiling and stops to interact leaving you with a smile. A genuine credit to the hotel. The entertainment team are wonderful for children & older children (Grown ups) 😅 Lots of fun during the day & evening & we would say specific praise for Amy & Phillip who always make an effort with everyone and make way in their break time to chat and make an effort with our son and other children. Truly gems.
