Aqua Bay Suites

Stayed for 11 nights - we wish we’d booked longer. It was a lovely experience staying here. We’ve come back home feeling well and truly switched off and relaxed. Everything about Aqua Bay Suites was spot on. The room was spotless (and as an ex hotel housekeeper myself I couldn’t fault it). The housekeeper herself was lovely and really helpful when we’d requested a room service. The food was fantastic - beautifully cooked, authentic, had plenty of variety and great flavours. All the way from the buffets to the à la carte. The Greek night at the garden buffet was one of our favourites. We paid extra for the swim up room and I’m so glad we did, we managed to meet some other families in the rooms next to ours and our kids could play together - all without the stress of having to leave our rooms to go and find loungers and we could make the most of the pool till the sun went down. Just one little thing we could critique was that the ladder to our pool wobbly and was missing some grips so it could be a bit slippy for our 3 year old, but other than that there were no major issues. We all had a fantastic time. The hotel was in a lovely location, not too busy compared to other areas when we’ve stayed on the island previously - but not too far away from days out and experiences. All the staff were friendly and attentive throughout our stay. We’d love to say a massive thank you to them all. We hope to return next year

Hotel was spotless , Zero problems when here, we had the private pool and it was well worth it, there staff always walking around to answer any questions you have and the food for a All inclusive was very nice.

This hotel is very nicely presented, and great that you are connected to aqua deluxe hotel and the aqua park. Staff are very helpful and attentive No problem getting loungers and loungers around deluxe pool have thick mattresses. Food is the best we’ve ever had on an all inclusive, we own a cafe and cook daily from Scratch at home, so we are always quite critical of buffet style food, but this food was fresh, hot, well presented and labelled, particularly for those with food allergies or veggies etc. cheese board and salad bar was fab. The drinks in all bars are great, proper cocktails for a change rather than naff watered down versions. Good selection for lunch, breakfast and dinner & a kids area to let them serve themselves (if you dare!). Tui Kids club is for UK kids only and staff are trained to UK standards and speak great English, most actually are English! Our toddler has AuDHD and we’ve never been able to leave him for sessions like this… but he loved it and was well supervised for his care needs, very impressed, 2 hrs of respite for parents of neurodivergent kids is absolute gold! Kids Park on site too within water park area… water slides for big kids and adults are fun, and little kids pirate cove area is fantastic and only knee deep so you can supervise safely without getting totally wet! Pools are on the cold side, but not horrendous, refreshing in hot sun, mind you I’m a wimp. Would recommend turtle spotting trip And boat trip to blue caves and smugglers cove! Also adventure golf a short 15min walk up the road is fun. A fantastic holiday so far! A LOT of English and Dutch families here so if you want a peaceful couples trip, this maybe isn’t so much for you, but still lovely.

Very friendly staff. Jordan as the masseuse and he was very very good and systematic in his approach. Staff were open to negotiate a discount for my wife and I booking a double massage

Lovely hotel, food, and friendly staff. Sofa beds uncomfortable for children. Atm is a bit if a joke 10% + fee. Shower leaked, but maid was in ball helping us with clean towels etc. Recommend adding spa and prices to app Would stay again x
