Atlantica Eleon Grand Resort

Currently staying at this hotel in uk October half term. Very disappointed with the facilities, the restaurants and bars and the entertainment. Unsure if the staff are on wind down for winter but just feels like they cannot be bothered. All inclusive seems pointless as you cannot get food all day. I just would not recommend coming here at this time of year. Nearly £4k for two adults and 1 child with a private pool which is dirty and cold.

From the second we arrived at atlantica it was like stepping into paradise! The hotel is exquisite and the staff are amazing! Nothing was too much trouble they helped us immensely on things they didn’t have too, I was also very surprised that usually coming to end of season in these type of places the staff can be deflated but not atlantica staff they were always smiling chatting and really made our holiday 10/10 I would like to give a special thanks to kalliroy an amazing person with a big heart, the reception staff for endlessly answering all our calls with positivity, the restaurant staff especially Michael for attending to us and our favourite table and lastly the bar staff little sweet Jessica, arianna with her amazing smile and the very humble lads Juliano, Alte and yanis for serving our endless drinks and nuts orders! I can’t wait to come back… my lovely atlantica family that made me become there family! Thank u all so very much…xxx

Very good experience, I recommend it. Food was awesome, the room was clean and spacious, the bed super comfortable and the pools were great and warm.

I consider my reviews to be fair and this is my review of Atlantica EleonGrand in Zante. I have previously stayed at the TUI BLUE Caravel which was amazing but I cannot say the same for this hotel as grand it is not. The hotel is situated at the bottom of a hill it’s about 1km walking to the nearest bars, restaurants and large supermarkets and for anyone with a walking disability it would be hard. I cannot fault the hotel staff and most the food albeit somewhat repetitive over the 14 days but the what they called bacon 🥓 and the house wine I have tasted better vinegar. The hotel itself was tired and needed updating. The room was clean and comfortable and our maid was superb however I was All Inclusive but the fridge in our room was not stocked with any soft drinks or beer as I experienced from a 4* rating hotels. The hotel had three pools all very cold the medium sized infinity pool cascaded over and down to the next level into a gully the full length this was disgusting with green algae this water would have been filtered back to adjacent larger pool. The sun loungers adjacent to this gully were of the wooden type with wheels on the rear and a waterproof cushion on all these beds (Approximately 30 ) were ancient and on inspection the majority had been repaired numerous times intact my wife’s bed broke while she was sitting on it. And my last complaint was the amount of cats allowed to roam and lay on the outside furniture the hotel had an outdoor Italian and Greek restaurant that you were allowed to use once each week it was clearly signed requesting not to feed the cats but you still get the selfish persons that encourages these flee ridden moggies to go from table to table and pester other diners and the restaurant staff do nothing to deter them.
