Atlantica Eleon Grand Resort

We chose this hotel for a family holiday so that everyone could stay together during our wedding at a nearby villa, and it was the perfect choice. One of the things we loved most about the hotel was the variety of spaces available. Whether you wanted to relax by the lively main pool or enjoy a quieter spot near the sea and olive trees, there was something for everyone. We were also impressed that there were always sunbeds available, even when we went down after lunch during the busy May half-term period. While some guests did reserve sunbeds around the pool, availability was never an issue for us. The entertainment on the main stage wasn’t particularly memorable, but the atmosphere in the main bar more than made up for it. There was evening entertainment there most nights, creating a lovely, relaxed vibe, and the all-inclusive service runs until midnight. A special mention goes to Arianna, one of the bar servers, who was absolutely fantastic. She was incredibly friendly, and we built a lovely connection with her during our stay. The food was better than at most all-inclusive hotels we’ve visited. As vegetarians, we occasionally found the selection a little limited, but this was expected and we always found plenty to enjoy. If we were being really picky, the only downside would be the rooms. We experienced a few minor issues during our stay, and among the 20 other family members staying in different rooms, there were also some problems. However, to the hotel’s credit, most issues were resolved quickly. The lifeguards are also very strict around the pools, which didn’t bother us personally, but it may be something to keep in mind for those who enjoy a more relaxed approach to pool rules. We thoroughly enjoyed the cats roaming and there was even three tiny kittens which we looked forwarded to watching them grow within the two weeks we were there! Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would happily recommend this hotel, especially for families and groups looking for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday together.

We were a couple and think it is more of a family hotel, so my review is coming from that perspective. For a family is has everything you would want from a holiday. The hotel has the most friendly staff without exception. Our room was lovely with a great sea view (242). Plenty of room for clothes etc... Only downside was there was no sun on the balcony until late afternoon - but that could be an advantage in the hot summer. The food was good, but we found the restaurant more like a canteen - it was very loud and busy, it wasn't a relaxed experience. There was a mix of entertainment, the main one at the outside stage. When we went it was very cold outside and so didn't stay long - probably no problem later on as I think we had a particularly unusual cold spell. There were acoustic sets outside the bar and sometimes a saxophone player and a singer, so they did put on a lot of entertainment. It was good to find the Olive Grove by the water slides and to be able to be under dappled shade, something that many hotels miss. We tried both the Greek and Italian 'a la carte'. The greek one was amazing. The Italian both of us didn't enjoy - I think we were unlucky. The TUI write up said it was a walk from a village - it was a long walk. Nearest town was Tsvilli which cost €10 each way. We did hire a car from Zante car hire in Tsvilli and they were great. The gym was very poor, broken equipment and no air conditioning. No real beach, it was tiny. What makes this hotel is the staff, they were so friendly, helpful and couldn't do enough for you. I won't name names as I don't want to miss anyone out, they were all exceptional. We come from the UK and most holidaymakers were from Scandinavian countries or Poland, very few from the UK. It really is more of a family hotel and if the beach had been bigger we would come back with family, but the busy restaurant, and being isolated doesn't fit in with what we are looking for in a holiday as a couple. Saying all that I still will give it the best rating as it really is a very good hotel with amazing staff.

We stayed in this hotel for a week at the beginning of May. Our first point of contact in the hotel was Karilroy an absolute angel who is guest relations. Thankyou for your hugs, and the genuine care you showed our family especially our two children. We can't wait to revisit and see you again. We had an exceptionally good stay in a pool view room, the lovely manager Ioannides so kindly gave us a complimentary upgrade. Due to the nature of our children's needs this made our stay so much easier and more convenient. We are so grateful for your kindness and support. The food was an excellent standard in the main dining room and the A la carte restaurants were exceptionally good, staff were very courteous and friendly yet professional. Dining staff were so hard working, pleasant and helpful. Thankyou to Christina (gracious), Paranoia(hardworking), Georgios(gentleman), Stavrina (vibrant nature) the entire entertainment team you touched us with your lovely personalities. Our room was clean, extremely comfortable and well serviced by the very hardworking maid. Thankyou for your efforts when we stayed in 102. The pool and grounds were so well maintained and spotless. Everyone we met from grounds men,reception, bar staff to pool bar chefs were attentive to their role. All the managers were very present, friendly, helpful and so committed to their jobs and the high standard of this hotel is evident. There is a very personal note to the hotel and it is like a very loyal family that is all aspiring for the same thing!! We can't wait to come back next year and our youngest daughter is singing in makaton "mammy Greece party aeroplane" our little boy said "it was the best holiday ever" Thankyou everyone Hugs to Karilroy

What can say. Blown away. Staff are excellent, hotel is amazing. We had the best time as a family. We don’t really do all inclusive holidays as they have always been historically a bit ‘average’. This hotel is not average. Every little detail is so well planned. The hotel just sets the tone for a really chilled family holiday. Beautiful music, wonderful food. Stunning entertainment - we adored the saxophone player. The staff are exceptional. They’ve raised the bar in every way.

We recently got back from getting married at Eleon Grand. In total there was 40 family and friends over the span of 10 days, coming and going. The wedding itself was an absolute dream. kalliroy went above and beyond to make our wedding day extra special. In fact she made everyday extra special. Greeting us and every member of the party whenever she saw us. She is an absolute credit to the team and if you’re thinking of getting married here, do it. Not only is the location in the olive garden absolutely magical for the reception but the bbq buffet went down a treat with all guests. We had different family sizes within the group so all had different size rooms. Those with private pools are about a 5 minute walk from main reception but also right next to the evening entertainment. The entertainment team keep everyone of all ages involved through the day, we enjoyed the aqua gym especially. All the bar staff at the pool were incredibly kind from those working behind it to those coming out and taking orders. Kleidi was always great at every bar I saw him, he even started remembering my order. The evening buffet with the rotated menu meant there was always something different with lots of options. Big shout out to the omelette lady at breakfast! We had the pleasure of trying the Greek and Italian restaurant, I must say the portion sizes are huge! But the food is delicious. The sea was beautiful to swim in and to top it off you could be a big kid and try the water slides. Overall our 10 day holiday was an absolute dream. You can not fault the staff from the management down to the cleaners, everyone is so friendly and helpful. We would definitely make the trip back out to stay again.
