I booked a 7 night stay for my daughter and myself here, it was amazing from start to finish. Much has already been said in other reviews about how welcoming the staff are, and this is for a good reason - all of the staff are attentive and friendly from the moment you walk through the door. You are given a gorgeous local welcome drink upon arrival while you have a full tour of the amenities - we felt instantly at home. It was such a delight finding a little gift in the room each evening after our rooms had been refreshed. Special notice to Irena (?) And Elina (?) the two ladies on reception who were so friendly and happy to help. So many free activities to choose from each day and evening, plenty of sunbed space at all times of the day around the pool or in the olive grove (so cute, especially when lit up in the evening!) Entertainment in the evening was a treat, if you see that 'Remarc Legends' (soul and funky South African live singing) are playing, then you need to make a point of going to see them - they are just fabulous. Finally, the food - just wow. Every meal time had several different dishes, all fresh and tasty, the salads were to die for. Perfectly located for if you want a nice quiet break that is also a short taxi/bus ride away from the action in the main towns. Walkable distance to several shops and supermarkets also. Can't recommend highly enough!

Wow, what a lovely Hotel, the buffet food choices were amazing, situated out of town so very quiet at night. The in house entertainment every night was in the main also very good. But ultimately the staff at the Castelli made it the special holiday we thoroughly enjoyed. Nothing was too much trouble for any one of the from the bar staff to the restaurant and house keepers all fantastic. Thank you Castelli for your warm welcome.

My mum and I stayed here for 3 nights at the beginning of May. The hotel is so lovely, it’s a charming, family run B&B and all the staff couldn’t do enough for us. I emailed ahead requesting twin beds, and to our surprise was upgraded to a swim up. Food and drink were good but the staff made the hotel. Everyone was so friendly, and the owner would sit by the entrance and greet us, and spend time to have a chat too. We took part in the yoga and pilates which we enjoyed. We would love to return one day. Thank you Castelli hotel.

This is a lovely hotel. Clean, charming and rustic. For a vegetarian, the food could be better. However, I always had a full stomach. The A-la Carte was wonderful. Some of the waiters could learn how to smile. The bar staff were always helpful and friendly. The reception staff were the stars of the hotel. Nothing was too much trouble. The cleaning staff were tireless in their efforts to keep the place spotless. The evening entertainment was a bit hit and miss. The ABBA tribute was outstanding. Thank you Castelli family for your wonderful hospitality.
