Lovely hotel much better than its neighbour!! Feels very luxury we had an upstairs room and it was perfect! Always spotless cleaners worked so hard Drinks weren’t too expensive either

Very rude front-of-house staff. Not only did guests from this resort take the taxi that we had ordered and waited 20 minutes for, but the front-of-house staff member actually told us to wait while he helped them get into our taxi. When we tried to explain that it was the taxi we had booked, he didn't take the time to listen. We then went into reception to speak to him, where he was extremely rude. His response was simply, "Are you in a hurry? Order another cab." He didn't apologise or show any concern for the inconvenience he had caused. If this is the level of customer service provided by the front-of-house staff, it doesn't inspire much confidence in the overall standards of the resort.

Rude at the front desk we had a 3 year old with us and he decided to steal a cab we ordered on a taxi app and give it to his guests saying it’s his cab when it clearly showed the reg on our app , when tryna explain he said don’t worry y are you in a hurry

Firstly wow the hotel from when you get there is beautiful outside, you are always greeted by someone friendly at the desk always willing to help you even if it’s local restaurant recommendations. The room is beautiful and so are the pools! Food and drink brilliant and not too expensive either. Any issue they will help. The hotel was so relaxing and quiet no issues felt like heaven. We had the pleasure of meet kosta who works here and he is fantastic, he cares so much about the people who stay here and looks out for everyone such a kind soul. This place, the staff and kosta made us want to come back again. Thank you for the holiday of a lifetime ♥️
