We enjoyed our stay here Overall a lot to like Negatives being that the pool doesn’t have a lot of shade and it’s difficult to move to another bed as most guests utilise the pool Also being asked to tip reception staff at check out is not something we have encountered anywhere other than Mykonos We did receive great service particularly from kosta Tsivili is a beautiful spot to enjoy Zante Do recommend hiring a car or buggy so you can explore the island

We went for my partners 60th Birthday and our requested swim up room on the south west side was accommodated. We had Room 311 which had sun from 1pm until dusk. This is the end room so felt like we had our own pool, which was lovely. We got a bottle of wine and cake on my partners birthday which was a lovely touch. We had a wonderful stay and couldn't have asked for a better experience. The standout feature was definitely the staff – every member of the team was warm, welcoming, friendly, and genuinely went out of their way to make us feel at home. Their exceptional customer service made all the difference. The location is great as in a quieter area but still only 5 minutes to the beach and the main strip where most of the bars and eateries are located. Next door was our favourite restaurant The Halfway House. Only 20 mins walk to the other side of Tisilvi. The breakfast was absolutely outstanding, with a fantastic choice of fresh, high-quality food to suit every taste. Everything was delicious and beautifully presented, making it the perfect start to each day. There was a range to choose from including hot and cold buffet, pastries, bread and food to order like French toast and omelette. The rooms are cleaned daily, towels and bed sheets changed daily. Water cartons, coffee and tea available in your room. We had an evening meal which was very reasonable at €30 pp for 3 courses and the food was exceptional. The hotel itself was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained, but it was the incredible staff and amazing breakfast that made our stay truly memorable. We wouldn't hesitate to return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for excellent hospitality.

I had a neck and back massage today and was very satisfied with the experience. The treatment was professional, relaxing, and focused on relieving my muscle tension. I felt much more relaxed afterward, and the stiffness in my neck and back was reduced. The atmosphere was comfortable, and the service was friendly and welcoming.
