Lesante Classic Luxury Hotel Spa

Overpriced holiday with unfriendly hotel staff at reception and in the breakfast room. Breakfast was very unpleasant with rude and ignorant staff at the station’s. Staff are taking the cups and plates nearly out of your hand before you get to set them down!!! Reserving a sunbed after 9am? Next to impossible! The adult pool ended up non existent with no staff monitoring the area and lots of children in it as there are not enough beds in the family area. The sofa bed in our room was not fit for an adult and zero storage for us to put our cases and clothes out of the way- most other people had their cases left outside on the balcony!! We spoke to the staff about some of our issues with little to no resolve. The pros of this place are proximity to Tsivili town, the thorough and friendly cleaning staff, decent air con in the room only and the pool bar/restaurant. That’s where it ends. Very disappointing.

Can't say enough about this hotel, we had stayed in the first week of October and from minute one of arriving the staff were so friendly, helpful and informative about the hotel and the hotel itself was so clean and had a relaxing feel to it. The staff here were so helpful and friendly, couldn't really do enough for you, the food in the restuarant was perfect, everything was fresh on a daily basis, you could have a mixture of a buffet and whatever cooked meal that was on the menu that evening, which was generally a choice of 2 to 3 meals always cooked to perfection. The pool area was always well maintained, the rooms were also kept lovely and clean, every evening the maids offered you clean towels even though they had already changed them that day. It was in total a very relaxing stay and would definitely stay here again.. 5 star. We were upgraded from a deluxe room to a deluxe suite on arrival which was also a very nice bonus.

This was our third year in a row staying at this time of the year in early October. We come back because the hotel is small, quiet, the staff are lovely and friendly, the pool area is great and the rooms are spacious and clean. We were on a bed and breakfast basis and the buffet breakfast certainly met all our needs. We were brought our lattes each morning by the lovely Aida, the bubbliest of persons who made you feel very welcome with all her energy. And she was the same with all the guests. The type of member of staff that could be cloned.!! Nico the barman making lovely coffees and cocktails, George (not his real name) the doorman, always there for you when you returned from a day out, and Andy the pool bar waiter, always making sure you had what you needed and always good for conversation. To name but a few, the staff are all friendly.

Lesante Classic exceeded all our expectations! The staff were incredibly kind, professional, and always smiling, making us feel truly welcome from the moment we arrived. The food was outstanding, with great variety, fresh ingredients, and delicious local flavors — every meal felt like a treat. We also booked some tours through the hotel, which were perfectly organized with excellent guides — the trip to the Shipwreck and Blue Caves was unforgettable! Everything, from the spotless rooms to the relaxing atmosphere, reflects true luxury and attention to detail. We’ll definitely be coming back!

We have had an amazing relaxed holiday at the Lesante Hotel The staff are amazing so friendly and attentive. The rooms are kept beautifully clean every day. The spa and indoor pool were wonderful. We stayed bed and breakfast only so we could sample the local tavernas which we thoroughly enjoyed, strolling along the beach to the town. So many names to mention that i just want to say a big thank you to all because it isn't about the odd person, they really do work as a team. Thank you.
