Rooms modern but uninspiring. Swim up rooms are overlooked. No housekeeping on a Wednesday. No porterage and concentrated juices not complimenting anycocktails. No bar or restaurant service meals Luke warm and comes with chips. Which suited the kids. Breakfast sausage nice, but no live cooking station for any sitting. Pallas is best suited for a resort family break. Don't take the kids to Laguna Strip as it's an awful seedy area. Plenty of trips available. Staff friendly. Two star at best.But with small changes could be a 4 Star

The hotel is nicely designed, especially the lobby stylish and comfortable. Unfortunately, that’s probably the only major positive. The food was very repetitive and heavy, and the restaurant opening hours could be better adjusted. The rooms were not very functional, with an uncomfortable wardrobe and sink area. They were also not very clean and seemed poorly maintained.In my opinion, this hotel definitely does not meet a 4-star standard. I would give it 2 stars at most.

We recently travelled here as a couple in our 40/50s Pros - family run and staff are amazing - pool area has a chilled out vibe - no sun bed wars so no need to get up early to secure one - food is good, not a huge selection but what is there is a good choice. Lots of snacks available in the day time too. - although entertainment is light what we saw was good, especially the Greek nigjt. - location is a 10 min walk to the strip if that is what you want ( we preferred the beach clubs at the beach at the end of the strip) Cons - I’ll start with the one that caused me the most hassle. No courtesy room for late check outs??? We had a late flight and due to being fully booked we were unable to pay to keep a room on, which is fine but I’ve never stayed anywhere without the offer of somewhere other than the poolside shower to freshen up at the end of the day. We had a really long day of sitting about. - drinks are poor quality. White wine was undrinkable and cocktails taste concentrated. An offer of an all inclusive plus with better quality drinks would be a good suggestion. I would have paid to upgrade. - breakfast finishes too early at 10am and the restaurant staff are clearly annoyed if you turn up at 9:55. There are snacks on at 11am but I don’t want a chicken nugget for my breakfast. Most hotels offer a late breakfast to 10:30-11 where nothing new is put out but there is something to grab I would recommend the hotel look into something like this. All in all we had a lovely stay but we won’t return. Laganas is for a young crowd. Although this hotel is tucked nicely out the way we prefer somewhere with more to do for 40s/50s crowd outside the hotel. Thank you to the staff at the hotel as they were some of the nicest we have met. Top tips: - visit Isabel’s suitable for all ages. A fantastic show with fire dancing, Sax playing and fireworks on the beach with amazing food. Very instagramable for the young crowd too. You need to book. - take the trip to Zante town for the night. - have a cocktail at súper paridiso - have a meal at horizons.

WOW ! Where do I even begin , me and my partner have just got back from a 4 night stay here. We have honestly had the most amazing stay here at the Pallas hotel . Such a clean , beautiful , friendly hotel with beautiful interior decor . Staff here were the friendliest people always making you feel welcome and couldn’t do enough for you a really comfortable safe hotel . Food is exceptional , with plenty of choice , quality excellent throughout all meals of the day from salads to different meat options . Our room was cleaned daily with the added touch of a fresh bottle of water everyday , room was spotless and being on the second floor with a pool view made it extra special looking out onto the beautiful scenery. Never need to rush for a sunbed round the pool all times of the day there were beds available and pool area was clean and the pool was never too busy so you could relax and have a swim . Location is perfect being a 10/15 minute walk down to the strip down a long drive but a nice downhill steady walk , the hotel is tucked away so is peacefully quiet we didn’t hear a thing which was perfect for our relaxing break for my partners birthday . The bed were ever so comfy too , I’ve never slept as well ! I also have to mention the little girl of the hotel I presume lives there , she’s always about or around and is ever so polite and gave me a wave everyday and said hello which made my day . I highly recommend this hotel to anybody and we are already looking at coming back . Thank you to everyone at the Pallas hotel we’ve had an excellent stay !

The location is perfect , the atmosphere is very relaxed ,the room are a good size and very clean. The value for money is brilliant. For a relaxed holiday with no loud music , total relaxation . Lovely staff and the food was very good. Quality and choice excellent , will definitely return 😍
